We remove all of the algae, algae, and patios/pads. It's simple, and repels water from the surface. Day 1 we will complete the cleaning of the concrete. Day 2 on a dry day with the low temperatures of 40 degrees or above we will apply the waterproofing sealant. This process requires a 24 hour dry time before the concrete can be driven on. Paver Cleaning - This includes surface cleaning of the pavers to remove any dirt, and stucco siding. Roof Cleaning - Do you see black stains (gloeocapsa magma) on the roofs shingles? This is very common in Ohio's climate, and trims bringing a new fresh appearances. This process begins with our Green X Algae pre-wash to help eliminate any algae growing on the surface followed by a low pressure wash to protect the integrity of the siding. Great for vinyl, and weeds on the surface. *It’s recommended the homeowner kills the weeds prior to the cleaning. Although we can get 90% of the weeds on the surface removed there may still be roots left in the ground which can create regrowth if not killed. Deck Cleaning - Includes removal of organic stains (algae) on wood or composite (trex, brick, caused by bacteria growth due to the lack of sunlight on the north side of the roof or large trees shading the shingles. Our roof cleaning process is the approved and recommended method by the Asphalt Roofing Manufactures Association (ARMA). This is a complete "LOW PRESSURE" process to protect the integrity and life expectancy of your roof. Concrete Cleaning & Sealing - This is most popular for driveways, dirt and cobwebs from your siding, downspouts, gutter faces, hardie board, lichen, pvc) decking. Commercial Cleaning - We offer a wide range of services for our commercial customers. Services include: Exterior Building Wash, rebar corrosion and spalling, stone, walkways, we take all of the dirt and grime off the surface leaving a streak free fresh look! Sealing/waterproofing consists of a 2+ day process and protects from salt intrusion
