It went very well. Jeff was very professional, punctual, and performed the job with a high level of quality. He was able to work around our schedule and maintained the work schedule he estimated fully.

Very professional work!  Helpful moving furniture, removal of paintings, and extra assistance installing new curtain rods. The two worked efficiently and did a great clean-up.  They are very personable, friendly and a pleasure to work with.  They had previously repaired a ceiling from water damage in two rooms and repainted it ( about 3 or 4 years prior)
Definitely would hire again.  They do a good job.

Jeff Stiles and his brother Matt are punctual, dependable, thorough, and professional. We have used them for virtually every kind of home repair over the last 5 years. They always work a full day, all the work is done well, and they stand by it. They pricing tends to be a little on the high side, but the results are well worth it. Most of their business is word of mouth-which says a lot about their commitment. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Stiles of Ohio and have recommended them to everyone we know.

Jeff and Matt Stiles are absolutely wonderful.  They started every morning at 7:45am, worked through the day, fabulous job,professional, pro-active and caring.  My laundry room was a mess with molding walls & ceiling.  Yes, I could have found less expensive painters but they take great pride in their work so it was worth it.  My house hasn't been painted in 18 yrs. and it looks like new.  Everything looks great!

Excellent!  One of the best drywall finishers in town!  Jeff repaired the drywall damage at the peak of our vaulted ceiling due to a water leak.  He was able to blend the texture to prevent redoing the entire ceiling (350 sq. ft.).  This isn't an easy thing to do, but was executed seamlessly!  You can not tell where the repair was made.  Jeff is very trustworthy and friendly.  A contractor you can actually trust to be in your home while you are away.  Jeff bids the jobs and performs the work.  Very rare to have a miscommunication problem!  We will be having them return shortly for a kitchen soffit demolition & repair.

He was prompt, courteous & very professional along with being extremely friendly. The job was done in a very timely manner & all who worked with him were very professional. I will definitely call him back to do interior painting.

Jeff arrived on time as scheduled.  All of his sub-contractors were polite,  efficient, and explained to us what they were doing and the materials they were using.  I wanted a higher grade of carpeting and it was not a problem getting it. The project took one day longer than estimated but the finished product is certainly worth it.

Our ceiling had water damage around the chimney where water had seeped around the flashing. The ceiling is textured and vaulted, thus hard to reach and hard to match the texture. In addition some of the perimeter tape had come undone in 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Jeff and his brother did a great job repairing and repainting the areas. The result was perfect.

Was very, very pleased with the job Jeff and his brother, Matt, did. After filling the holes in one of the rooms they had to paint them and cut in around a large wall mural. They did an excellent job - I know where the holes/repairs were and even I can't see where the patch ends! It blends very well. They were very neat - spread drop clothes from the front door, up the stairs and into the rooms they were working in. Very attentive to detail - they pointed out cracks in the plaster and asked me if I wanted to have those repaired while they were on site. Job was very quick too - all the work I spoke of above was done in 2.5 days!

Crew did amazing work. We ripped out our ceilings in many rooms and Jeff re-sheetrocked them. We went with smooth texture which many companies have problems with. They are absolutely perfect! We also had asked for some plaster repair on walls, Jeff recommended we re-skim all for uniform appearance and texture. We are so pleased with the results. Only issue was the mess caused with drywall dust, but that was a fairly easy fix. The crew started the project early and finished ahead of the tight schedule. We will have this company out again for another job soon to come. I highly recommend this company!

The company owner, Jeff Stiles, was very conscientious in his work as well as in his interactions with me. He did much of the work himself and had two other workers who also helped complete the job. They were always on time and Jeff returned my calls in a timely manner but usually answered the phone directly. My only complaint was that my stove wasn't covered during the removal of what was left of the plaster ceiling and that plastic should have been used to block the door to the basement. They did a good job covering the door to the dining room so that dust in the rest of the house was minimal. I believe the work may have taken a day or two longer than he anticipated but he stayed with the original estimate. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others. The cost seemed reasonable compared with other estimates I received.

JEFF WAS ABLE TO MEET ME FOR AN ESTIMATE ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER I LEFT MY ORIGINAL MESSAGE. SINCE I HAD A SMALLER JOB, HE WAS ABLE TO WORK ME INTO THE SCHEDULE ABOUT 10 DAYS LATER. GREAT WORK OVERALL. I DIDN'T COMPARE PRICES, BUT MY ELECTRICIAN AND ANGIE'S LIST HAD BOTH RECOMMENDED STILES. ONLY MINOR COMPLAINT IS THAT THE WOOD FLOORS WERE LEFT WITH A THIN FILM OF DUST FROM THE WORK, WHICH DIDN'T TAKE LONG TO CLEAN UP.

CAME, MEASURED, SENT ESTIMATE AND SET UP DATE FOR WORK WITHIN WEEK OF MY CALL. VERY PERSONABLE, ON TIME, COOPERATIVE, NEAT. KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WORK, DEPENDABLE. I CALLED ABOUT ONE PROBLEM, WAS BACK WITHIN TWO DAYS AND FIXED IT. YOU DON'T SEE MANY LIKE HIM THESE DAYS.

I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED MORE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE WORKING IN A HOUSE THAT HAD NO FURNITURE, NO CARPETING. WE WERE TRYING TO GET THE PAINTING DONE FIRST BEFORE THE CARPET WAS LAID. WITH SO LITTLE IN THEIR WAY, I THOUGHT THEY''D DO A BETTER JOB. ALSO, MY HUSBAND HAD BUILT A MANTLE AROUND OUR FIREPLACE. HE HAD SANDED IT DOWN SO IT WAS VERY SMOOTH TO THE TOUCH. ONE OF THE PAINTERS TOOK A ROLLER AND ROLLED PAINT ON THE MANTLE--DIDNT USE A BRUSH. THE RESULT--UNSMOOTH, TEXTURED SURFACE. MY HUSBAND HAD TO RESAND THE MANTLE AND DO IT HIMSELF. SAME THING HAPPENED WITH ONE OF OUR DOORS.
