Staples will only deal with tech purchases for 2 weeks after purchase. After that, you're on your own.

They were average.  I was not overwhelmed with their knowledge.  As a matter of fact, I knew more than the guy who took care of my machine.  I wasn’t really happy with the guy.

I wanted to take my computer to a repair service who would be honest with me and provide good service at an affordable price. I am so very pleased with the Staples store at 4339 West Broad Street. The computer repair service I received was exceptional. Charles Hickman did an excellent job. His knowledge, professionalism, and overall customer service was exactly what I was looking for. I really like the West Broad Street STAPLES because- from the individuals who greeted me and directed me to where I needed to go, through to Charles' offer to help carry my repaired computer to my car when completed, created a positive and comfortable atmosphere for this customer. There was even a follow-up service call from STAPLES to check and see if everything was taken care of, and that the computer was working well. Again, that is an example of excellent customer service. I called the President of the STAPLES to compliment the company for it's quality of service. In the future, I will drive to that location for anything I might need, it was that great of an experience. I highly recommend this business and it's computer repair services- particularly at this location, and in definitely working with Mr. Hickman. Very, very pleased!

They also tunned up my computer, and add some antivirus software. Charles Hickman was tech and I was really impressed by him. They took everything off my computer and restored like it was new. He made me feel comfrontable, and also gave me advice. I am going to take my son's computer there as well.
