I wanted a place that would be able to give me an appointment time, due to it being a rental. I wanted to meet them there or make sure the tenant would be available. Everything worked out perfect and the tenant was happy. Could not have asked for a smoother experience.

They initially changed our wood burning fireplace to vent free and have serviced our fireplace several times. They are always easily reached by phone, always on time, neat, clean and courteous. We will use them in the future.

I don't remember their price but they found the leak. They were timely. We were using them at my father-in-law's houses. I have also used them here in my own house for my gas grill. I have a natural gas grill that they have serviced a couple of times. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I have been to the Gas House to pick up mantles for my gas lamp, so I knew the shop and had gotten some sound advice there before. When I initially called to make this appointment, I wasn't thrilled with the conversation as the guy was talking down to me a bit as I was describing what I needed done, so I was a bit hesitant to meet the worker. The actual visit went very well, though. I don't recall his name, but my worker arrived right within the 30 minute window they provided, we walked around the house to check out the tasks, and he got to work... after saying a nice hello to my dog :) He was very kind and explained things clearly but without any of the superiority or impatience that sometimes comes across from professionals when I know very little about something and am trying to learn and understand. I was prepared to have to replace my quick-connect, so he could easily have sold me more than I needed, but he showed me what was needed and assured me the existing unit was safe, and even made it look pretty with a new coat of paint. I had also started up my gas fireplace and gas lamp before his visit just in case something was wrong with them. They were working fine, but he offered me some advice on both of them in addition to the work he provided on the things I had originally called about. Now I have them working better than they would have been if I had just kept using them as I had been. I am very satisfied and will definitely call them again and recommend them.

Again although I didn't get to use this company for the service, they were so quick to respond to my question, honest and truly went beyond the call of duty to help me.

Everything went well. They were prompt, efficient, and did everything that needed to be done.

The project overall turned out to be more difficult then they bargained for. He had to work with the electrician who was installing a new plug for the stove who happened to be onsite. Not only did he coordinate with the electrician but they really problem solved the issue together to ensure that everything would work out well for me. It took longer then expected so he had to call a colleague to take a later appointment he was scheduled for. After everything was said and done he still charged me the price given over the phone. I am very happy with the service they provided.

They did what they said they were going to do. I was satisfied.

Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough in tracing and repairing the leak. Also identified an additional area of the gas line needing an upgrade and performed the work at my request.

Excellent service and was able to have a part replaced under warranty.

They do a wonderful job. I wasn’t shocked or disgusted. They say either yes or no about any job that needs done. They are efficient. Their price is right in line with the market. When they came out, they were clean and prompt. They didn’t try to overdo something. I asked them if I need them to do a new grill. They said the present one is in good shape.

It turned out very well. The installation process went very smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves very well. It was a good experience overall.

Adam was very competent, he did a good job, and he was very thorough.

They were great and they gave us a good price. The gas logs look really nice and are really good. We spent about $1000. The job done by them was great. They really knew what they were doing. They have a good selection. They were able to really educate us on the different types of logs, combinations and packages. We were able to get the best product for our fireplace. It greatly improved our fireplace as well. We now have to just push one button to get the fire going, but we had to light a match before and it took a really long time. So, we feel safer now and I think we are going to use it a lot in the winter. We only lit it once all winter because it took the owner when we bought the house 20 minutes to light it and that made us nervous. It was kind of a skimpy log set and it’s now just a beautiful as well as much more substantial log set with one button. We will be using it all the time next year. We felt really comfortable. Their prices were fair. I found them on Angie’s List and the results were good. I felt comfortable knowing that I wasn’t going to get ripped off. We got everything done in like a week. We would use their services in the future too.

They did a fabolous job. They climbed on the roof and put a screen up on the chimney

The work was fine. The first time the guy was a pain in the neck because he was swearing and hard to deal with. The next time it was a different person and he was fine and they did not charge us for it.

They were very good. They were a little pricey but did a great job. It is well worth it, they give you piece of mind and stand behind there work and the products they use.

Went exactly as we hoped. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, excellent service. The price of the unit was more than we expected to pay...however, we did pick a larger log unit than we already had, with an ignition switch that we wanted. We have used the gas fireplace unit all winter and are very pleased with the heat generated. Everything was exactly as it was explained to us.

The job went very well. The service people were nice. They were professional. They did a good job and they were done quickly.

They did a terrific job. They sell gas grills, gas fireplace inserts and also some kind of fancy fireplace fronts. Everything fell apart from the wood burning fireplace in the family room. We had somebody look at it and they said that it would cost more to repair it than to just replace it. So, I went back to them and picked up a fireplace front. All they did was come and install. It wasn’t a big job, but it was very nice. It was very well constructed and they did a nice installation job. We have never had one this nice. So, I felt that it was a good price and a nice organization. I paid them half and half. The first part of the order was on the 6th of September, 2008 and the rest half was on the 3rd of October, 2008. I paid them half when I ordered it and half when they put it in. I have one check for $469.16 and another one is for $469.17. I had worked with them before. They did a nice job on the custom thing that they did for the living room fireplace. That was the first time when I used them. I wanted something really nice in the living room. We have a stone fireplace in the living room that is real pretty. So, I went to different places and they were the only ones that had real nice stuff. They could also do custom kind of stuff. That is why I selected them in the first place. They were also very good. They had really high quality stuff and the installers were very skillful. They have a pretty narrow niche. They are a first class company. They are pricey. It doesn’t mean it wasn’t worth it. I don’t have anymore fireplaces, but if I did, then I would call them again.

In store service -very knowledgable and nice. No pressure. Service folks are great..installed logs and also have had them out to clean logs later. Good service!

We've done business with them before for getting gas cylinders filled. They are a local company and they are convenient. The grill was on sale. We don't have any complaints about them.

It?s a great group but they didn?t have what I wanted. They are extremely knowledgeable.

I was impressed with their prices. We checked a bunch of people out and they were the lowest. They have a courteous and knowledgeable service. I would recommend them.
