It was a good experience.

When they arrived they started work immediately. Very professionately done and cleaned up as they worked.

We hired Terry without knowing for certain it would even be possible to get the electric wires, cable wires, HDMI wires to the location above the mantle where we wanted the TV installed. As stated above the paneling is 5/8 knotty pine so there was no way to use a stud finder to determine whether the wires could be pulled across behind the paneling. Terry was very thoughtful and meticulous about the project. He really wanted to install the TV in the location we desired but, at the same time hesitant to say it could be done because there were so many unknowns. He was extremely careful. My husband was amazed at how many different tools he used to do the job. He seemed to have just the right tool for everything that needed done. He was extremely careful to not damage the paneling and to only cut where it was absolutely necessary. Everything is neat and tidy and behind the TV so nothing is unsightly. All the wires are neatly stretched and enclosed with some kind of cover so they aren't dangling and getting entangled. He did a great job and we highly recommend him. We'll certainly call him if we need other electrical work performed!!  Great job Terry!

It went very good. There were no additional fees.

It worked out very well. They did use a few parts, but I had some available already. They used what I had and I think one plastic box for them to replace it was $0.35, so they said the heck with it and there weren't any additional charges. They just came back out about a month ago, but that was from no part of their own. I ad been in contact with them and had some family issues where I really couldn't get them out here earlier. I couldn't remember if the package had expired, but it wasn't a problem with them and he came right out. He was very nice and professional. I would hire them again in a second. They were very knowledgeable on the code. There was one thing that I suggested and he said that he really couldn't do it, but he could do something in place of it. I thought it was a better idea and so I appreciated that he wanted to do it but did it correctly.

The service from Sovereign One Electric was good, that was very good, very, very thorough, good job. It was a tough job, but they did a good job. They were very upfront and told me the extra charge in advance and I knew it was a tough job. He turned up on time and did a good job and we've never had any problems. The price was reasonable. I would use this provider again in the future.

I purchased a Big deal for Sovereign One Electric. I had him put a protection system in the electric panel box and replaced a switch. He did very well and was confident in the work he performed.

He did a great job.  He was always on time and he left no mess and was very professional.

 I purchased a special on Angie's List for electrician labor. I arranged for an appointment the following week. Terry called and had to move the appointment because a job he was working on was a bigger job than the customer had stated, and Terry did not want to leave the customer with an electrical stiuation that he felt was dangerous. I appreciated the fact that he was professional and would do that, as that is the way I would want him to treat my work.    
Terry also looked at the lighting in my kitchen ,and gave me some suggestions for recessed lighting there. Terry is very friendly ,and the kind of person that you want working in your home. He seemed very knowledgeable in his field and worked quickly and professionally. I will  refer him to my friends and family and will use his services again for my electrical work.

Installation of items went well and Terry was responsive to phone calls.  We purchased and AL Big Deal and knew we wouldn't need the full 2 hours, but this was still very economical for the items we needed to have installed.  
Installation of these items was simple and straight forward.  He was very professional and easy to work with.  Outside I showed him a problem we were having with our garage coach lights.  We took one down and one of the main problems is because the board it mounts to was never primed or painted is now rotting and cracked.  Since the front of the house is stone, he recommended finding someone that does stone work create a piece of stone rather than rood to solve the problem.  
We did have one issue after he left - our TV did not work.  However, he came back the next morning.  We were not sure if it was something we did or something because of the installation of the GFCI outlet.  It turns out the outlet was connected through a switch that was turned that in turn operated our TV upstairs (an outlet that was added at time of TV installation).  He corrected it and was on his way.  He was extremely professional and we really appreciated it.

I purchased the big deal and the next day received an email from Terry, the electrician providing the service. I responded with an email to let him know what work we needed to have completed. Terry called me to clarify a few things and to schedule the work. He was a great communicator and performed very professional work.

Went very well.  Minor adjustment needed to be done on chandelier.  Was very responsive.  I purchased the Big Deal and Terry contacted me within a couple of days to introduce himself and inquire what I needed.  We set up a service call very quickly after that.  He came the scheduled time and did a great job.

Job was expertly done. We will be using Sovereign One Electric for many other jobs in the future.

Electrical outlets to our microwave and refrigerator stopped working over and over again. On 1/4/2013, Terry found the problem with old outlets and burnt wires in the kitchen. He replaced the problematic outlets and cut away the burnt wires. He also checked the electric panel to make sure it was not a circuit problem -- as the circuit never tripped when the microwave and refrigerator shut off and outlets stopped working. We were so pleased with Terry's work that we asked him to come back to add electrical outlets and a light in our basement. With extension cords we had in our basement prior to Terry adding outlets, there could have been an electrical fire. Terry added electrical outlets and a new light. We feel much safer knowing that everything is up to code electrically and that the potential fire hazard with previously-used extension cords has now been eliminated with new electrical outlets. We would recommend Terry to anyone needing any electrical work.

Terry was a pleasure to work with.  He showed up on time, was very professional and completed every task that I had for him.  In fact, I am having him come back next week to ground my gas line, he will be my first contact for any future electrical work I need.

We needed an electrician to replace some painfully cheap and outdated light fixtures. Trusting Angies list and using a big deal we found Terry. What a nice professional, meticulous and personable man. His work is flawless done in a very timely manner. We could not be happier. He will be returning to our home for more work that we need done. Terry called to let me know he would be early. He arrived in a rain storm and offered to take off his shoes. He was very professional in every way; diagnosing the problem and fixing it.
