SOUTH SIDE CYCLE & MOWER

Two men came, told my mother they misunderstood and thought it was a push mower, not a riding mower and needed a much different part to fix it. My mom hands them 200$ and never sees them again. Absolutely no stars I only gave one because I was forced to. Lousy POS

The shop was moving so they came & fixed my mower at my house!

Everything went great they help me remove the mower from my van and load it back up when they were finished, very friendly and extremely honest people. I've used them many times in the past and I've always had terrific service and reasonable prices.

They are really good that guy can fix anything small engine. The cost I think appears on the type of mower you have, but I think their average cost is around $42 something like that it depends on rug, sharp and the blade and it might be $34 to $45 depending on what else they have to do. They are friendly. You can ask any  question if you don't know anything about lawn mower small engine because I had bought mower my friends kept laughing at it but it looked like it will work. They took it down and cleaned it and put a new thing to support it and it runs like a charm and all okay. They are good. I would this provider again in the future.

1038 Parsons. I could not ask for, or expect BETTER Service than this!!!  Especially, considering the time of year!  It's spring, and the grass & weeds are growing.  I expected a 2-3 week turnaround, I got a 2-3 day turnaround!!  SUPER JOB!!  I will count on him again!

I am very happy with the service. Mike was very helpful and happy to unload/load my mower in my vehicle. Mike told me if I drop the mower off next winter in December, January, or February, he offers a discounted service cost $39 plus parts which is normally around $50 total.

I would definitely use them again.

It went great. They had it fixed in a week. Nice guys and great to do business with.

Stopped by and explained what happened to my mower. They told me that it would be no problem to fix it. They also said that it would be cheaper if I brought in the blade myself and just replaced it, but I don't have the tools for that so I just brought in the mower and they had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. This is a little "mom and pop" place... A hole in the wall... but they do honest, reliable, and cost effective work... I highly recommend them.

Chuck is great! After going to another shop and getting the wrong part for my generator I happened to be on his side of town and thought I would stop. He advised me on what to do and I ended up bring the whole unit to him to repair. He couldn't have been more right on, and I ended up spending less to get it repaired than what it would have cost to try to fix it myself.

When my husband spoke with Chuck about the repair he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We took it to them on a Sat. morning as they are open until noon. He did a great job at repairing our blower.

THEY PERFORMED THE WORK IN 3 DAYS. PAST EXPERIENCE WITH LAWN MOWER REPAIR COMPANIES INVOLVED LONG DELAYS.

THEY QUOTED ME ONE WEEK ON REPAIR. ACTUALLY TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS WITH SOME PROMPTING FROM ME, WHICH IS STILL BETTER THAN ANOTHER PLACE WHICH QUOTED 4 WEEKS SIGHT UNSEEN. THERE IS NO PARKING LOT, STORE IS OLD AND QUAINT BUT THEY ARE COMPETENT. CLEANED UP MOWER VERY WELL AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS.

GAVE GOOD ADVICE, OVERHAULED THE ENTIRE AND SHARPENED BLADES

THIS IS THE WORST TIME TO DO REPAIRS HOWEVER, THEY WILL PUT YOUR NAME ON A LIST AND THEY WILL CALL YOU WHEN ITS YOUR TURN FOR REPAIRS. WE TOOK THE MOWER IN AND THEY WERE FINISHED THE JOB THE SAME DAY WE TOOK IT IN. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY FOR CALLING US!!!
