Very professional and knew all the ins and outs of the business. Tom continues to follow up with me and make references for good contractors, etc. I wish we had hashed through the offer process a bit more before it all started, but I'm still pretty happy with how it ended up. I knew I could trust his judgment, which made the stress so much easier.

Martha Corbett was fantastic,
Despite an intense workload (UA Market is very hot right now) Martha took the time to meet with us on a Saturday morning, sat down with us, identified our needs, looked up some listings, set up the showings, & found out dream home that same day! We made the offer & got the contract despite multiple other offers. Martha did an excellent job of negotiating & we really feel like we got the best deal possible. I highly recommend Sorrell & Company (& Martha Corbett) for anyone looking in the UA/Grandview area & surrounding communities.

We called Sorrell and Co., I met with Bob Sorrell at my dad's condo.  He was very friendly.  We discussed the unique aspect of the sell in that my dad moved into Independent Living and trusted me and my brother to handle the sale of the condo.  Bob went out of his way to meet with my dad, even though he did not need to.  All of our questions were answered promptly.  The flyer he prepared on the condo was professionally done.  Everything he and his company did was extremely professional.  I was extremely impressed with them in every way!

Integrity is a rare find in business these days. Most people are just looking out for their own interests. Not so with Bob Sorrell and his team (Kathy, Sharon, etc). Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about Columbus and issues surrounding real estate, they go the extra mile to see that you are satisfied. The spent HOURS helping us find our dream home (which we did) and getting it for a fair price (which we did). This is how real estate agents should be. Sorrell & Co is the model to which all real estate agencies should aspire.

Susan Roesmann is amazing. Highly recommend her. She is very comfortable, and really goes after what you want. She listens to what you want and need and really pays attention to what all the different parties in the whole process are doing and saying, and can relay back to you what information you need to act on and what you need to do. She was wonderful for our first home, and would definitely work with her again in the future.
