Signature Cabinetry

Worst customer service I have ever received. Never been treated so poorly in a retail environment in my life.

We did a huge remodel in 2010 and use them. I choose a glossy white cabinetry. The gloss started peeling within 6 months. We have been having issues since and they don’t want to be re posible. We were told they changed suppliers because they didn’t do a good job, but they haven’t fix any of my issues. They offfered to send some parts so we could find someone to fix it. First they delivered months late the parts to a different address, then I finally got them and they were he wrong finished. The guys I had hired to installed them was already here, so I had to pay him for his time and signatures mistake ugh! The installer told me it would be imposible to fix it as it would be like te installing a new kitchen. I’m so disappointed having an ugly kitchen and they don’t be responsible. Please do not buy from them. If there’s any issue they will NOT help

I did a complete remodel on a home built in 1976. Signature provided cabinetry and granite countertops for my kitchen and three bathrooms. A key selling point for me was that they fabricate granite countertops in-house. Having one point of contact for my entire project was a huge convenience. Everything from the selection process, to ordering, to installation went perfectly. I was so impressed with Signature that I used them again to make an entertainment center and granite mantle over my fireplace. I would highly recommend Signature to anyone in the market for cabinetry or countertops!

It took 3 attempts to order and receive the bathroom cabinets we purchased from Signature Cabinetry.  Due to errors placing the proper order ( by Signature Cabinetry employees) our cabinets were delayed by 4 weeks, thus our project was delayed by 4 weeks.  I have never experienced such poor customer service from a supposedly reputable company.  I was reminded by more than one employee how expensive our order had become- expensive for them because they were stuck with the cabinets they ordered in error.  After the second delivery of incorrect cabinets, their solution was to change out the doors and face frame of the cabinets.  That wasn't satisfactory to me, given we ordered a different type of wood.  I asked to speak with the manager- the employee REFUSED to provide me with his name. Fortunately, his name was listed on Angie's List and i was able to contact him. We finally received the cabinets last week.  We asked for compensation, ie., a discount due to the repetitive errors.  Signature refused to provide one, again, because our order was so expensive for them.
We are remodeling our kitchen next year and I will NOT be using this company ever again.  Worst experience ever.

Very helpful. Had been told by another company that it would be close to impossible to match cabinets that were installed in house built about 13 years ago (builder had gone out of business). After nightmare with one company that resulted in a lawsuit that we won judgement, I made only two phone calls and not only did I find our cabinets but they had also designed and installed our kitchen when the home was originally built. AND they were in stock! Thanks Nelia!!! Very easy to work with! One price didn't fit and they reordered one !

We chose them because they were in the area. We had one major problem with them. They said they would send the estimate online, but they never sent it, so we went down there and the salesmen couldn't help. Also the main guy was never in when we went in there.

AFTER DEALING WITH THREE OTHER COMPANIES THAT HAD HIGH PRICES FOR NON QUALITY PRODUCT. JACK MCVEY PRESIDENT OF SIGNATURE CABINETRY CAME OUT AND MEASURED KITCHEN FOR FREE. I THEN MET HIM AT HIS SHOW ROOM TO PICK OUT OF A NICE SELECTION OF CABINETS. I BOUGHT QUALITY CABINETS AT A FAIR PRICE DOVE TAIL AND ALL. JACK ALSO SOLD ME A CUSTOM CHERRY VANITY THAT HAS BEEN IN HIS WINDOW DISPLAY FOR 7 YEARS. THIS WAS A CHERRY ANTIQUE WITH A STONE COUNTER AND PORCELAIN SINK. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CABINETS OR A VANITY SIGNATURE CABINETRY IS THE PLACE.
