While we had some problem scheduling the initial deep clean, the work performed was fine for the amount paid. We then discussed monthly cleaning. It became obvious to me that Valerie preferred every other week cleaning; but with only my husband and I in the house (no pets) and we travel a lot, I keep the house tidy until the monthly cleaning is scheduled. We agreed on a $210 amount for monthly cleaning, which Valerie described as not being a deep clean, but a good clean (I thought the price was high but felt that two people at about 4 hours was good value). We again had issues scheduling the monthly cleaning, and when we finally got it scheduled, the team was two hours late (reason was illness, but she went on to clean another house after ours so who knows.) Anyway, they rushed through the house (had to - I'm still finding dust and other things that were not cleaned); I paid $210 for 2 1/2 hours work (two people), which was totally unacceptable to me. There is no way anyone can do an acceptable clean on this house in 2 1/2 hours. I had assumed they would be here for at least 4 hours - that would have been appropriate for $210 (it takes me-alone- 8 hours total to clean the house thoroughly). Two people working for four hours could have got the job done. I will not have them back again.

I have used cleaning services for many, many years and they are without a doubt, the best I have ever seen. Their prices are fair for the work they do and time they commit and their quality is unbeatable. They clean when I am not home and I fully trust them. When I walk in the house it truly does shine! I would highly recommend this group!!

Valerie promptly returned my phone call and came to my house to give me an estimate. The initial cleaning was priced well below what I've paid others and it included removing cobwebs, sweeping and dusting my basement. I have three dogs and two cats, the amount of pet hair that accumulates is unbelievable, yet you would not know there were pets in the house after Valerie is finished cleaning. She is extremely polite and always does a very good job cleaning. I love coming home on my cleaning day!

The service was outstanding. They brought all the cleaning supplies (they used our vacuum), and they were very meticulous. They arrived when they said they would be there, and they were very sensitive to the fact that I work from home. They did all the "little things" that I had hoped they would do--things like organizing the shower items and deodorizing the kitchen sink--that other cleaners have not done for me in the past. They are very professional and very courteous, and they don't seem to mind when our two little kids get "in the way".
