SERVICE-TECH CORP

Excellent! Jason and Jeff are hard workers - I cannot recommend them highly enough (the home had gone through two extensive renovations over the last two years so there was heavy dust in the ductwork system plus it has never been cleaned since date of construction in the 70s)! They were knowledgeable, friendly, polite and extremely respectful of me and my home during the entire time they were here working. They came on time and spent almost 3 hours cleaning out the ductwork system and other items connected to it (interior components for A/C and furnace). After making appropriate cuts/openings in the ductwork located in the basement, they set up a commercial-sized machine (at the top of the basement staircase) with a large, clear, flexible tube connected to it and at the other end connected to a commercial-sized HEPA vacuum cleaner to trap all the dust as the ducts were being vacuumed. They manually cleaned each duct individually, from the register side as far as they could go, using a brush (attached to a long cable and drill). The air in the house smells fresh now; it somehow "feels" lighter too! What also impressed me quite alot was that ALL their equipment - the truck, the tools of the trade - EVERYTHING - was in pristine condition, super clean and dust-free! Very organized too! Wow! They used a brand new, commercial-sized HEPA filter, right out of the package/wrapper for this job! I simply will NOT trust ANY other company to clean out my home's ductwork system after seeing how, and what, Jason and Jeff did that morning! I will be calling them again in 2-3 years! They simply are the BEST in town and I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs this kind of cleaning service (and who doesn't want clean indoor air these days???) Jason and Jeff please stay as wonderful as you are! You have no idea how valuable your extensive knowledge of the job, high professionalism and great respect for the customer and his/her home truly is to the homeowner (I hope your employer realizes what a wonderful work ethic you guys have!) And, on top of that super service as well! It really is sad to know that most companies in the ductwork cleaning industry are NOT like Service-Tech Corporation (over the years, in other homes, we've had several different companies come in to "clean" our ductwork system and they simply cannot even begin to compare to what I received on the 11th from Service-Tech Corporation - those companies were in and out within one (1) hour!) Simply awesome service at a terrific price making for an outstanding value! My husband, two children and I can finally breathe fresh air at last! Thank you Service-Tech Corporation for doing everything that is needed to make this possible!
