Stevenson Service Experts

Horribly. We went with Stevenson's because of how good they were in Dayton. This was a total failure. Hired to tune up air conditioning unit in a 2 year old home.

The service guy was excellent, and he explained everything and answered my questions. Excellent responsiveness, neatly dressed, respectful and good company to include on the list.

Always punctual, professional, and very competent. They always leave things neat. Cost is monthly cost of maintenance plan.

1300 sq foot ranch, replace 41 year old furnace and air conditioning unit (Williamson 5in1 - oil)... No duct work, just put at other end of duct work (supply and return were identically the same). No explanation of work just "it costs alot"... by the salesman and later the general manager. SAVE YOUR MONEY and as Iron Maiden would sing "RUN FOR THE HILLS"... Terrible ... over-priced... CANNOT JUSTIFY PRICING!!!

I would definitely recommend Stevenson Heating and Plumbing to anyone. I always get great quality of work. Their technicians are top-notch!

Darrell, Andy, Dan (and a few others) came and installed the new units on 1/16/17. The installation went very smoothly. They worked quickly and thoroughly, and cleaned up afterward. Would highly recommend Stevenson Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

They came out, showed me the bad part, and came back the next day to fix the part. They were informative and knowledgeable. They didn't charge me explicitly for the estimate.

I was given a 4 hour window, but was told  they were going to be an hour late.I rescheduled the appointment.    The second time I was told I would be their first call. A couple hours later they still hadn’t shown up so I called and was told they wouldn’t be out for a couple more hours.  I cancelled the appointment and found another company

I like their honesty, their price and their response time.  They offer a kind of package deal.  I had prepaid for the spring tune-up.  It was $180 total and $90 per call.  I will use them in the future.

Everything went as expected.  No concerns.  System fixed, working as expected.

I thought the cost was very high for replacing the ignitor.  My parents just had the same work done on their furnace for half the cost.

Prompt, clean and honest service.

They were great. There was no problem. They got here when they said they would. They were very professional. The price was reasonable for the service. It was fine. I would use them again in the future.

The person who gave me an estimate met me after I got off work at my request at 6PM. The only part hardly worth mentiong is that the person who came to give me an estimate mentioned that the owner just went on vacation that morning and told his employees that "today only - they would offer half off on A/C's" I told him that those words are a big problem for me since I seldom if ever believe folks when they say such things, such as "for you today only". I don't know if it was true or not but after discussing numbers and the job for at least an hour of my questions, I went ahead and signed to have the install done. He did offer (since it was 7:30PM) to allow me until the close of business the next day to decide. But I went ahead and signed that night. Except for the question about the "today only sale" he seemed very geniuine, direct, and knowledgeable and took enough time to answer all my questions and concerns and he asked more questions than the other estimators I had out from other coomanies...and by talking more than others gave me a better confidence in Stevenson's ability to do the job at a reasonable cost. The reason for the "low" price was to make more sales in order to get more of his currently idle employees working. They offerred me the lowest price compared to the other estimates for the high efficiency equipment I wanted. The cost was not half of what the other company estimatd the job at, but it WAS lower so Stevenson got the job.

The original company that was bought by Service Experts was at fault for improperly installing the wire that connected the thermostat, and Service Expert would not take on the liability of the company that they had purchased.

It was a very professional job. They have always been prompt and courteous. They are always clean neat and accommodating. I would recommend them to anybody.

When my husband originally called Stevenson to inquire about their maintenance plan, they suggested that we put off contracting them until our home warranty had expired. Once that occurred, we called again. Since it was winter and our heating system was fine, they suggested that we wait until spring to schedule our first appointment. That way, our first visit would coincide with the maintenance plan, which includes spring and fall tune-ups. When they came in the spring, they were very personable and professional. We are looking forward to working with them in the future.

I was very familiar with this company and had used their services for many years. I will not use their services again. Nancy was extremely helpful in resolving issues, the service manager Bill Michael was very inappropriate when informed of customer service issues, and never even offered an apology. No restitution was requested from the company.

THEY ARRIVED WITHIN THE INITIAL TIME WINDOW GIVEN. THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM, WHEN THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON HIS WAY. JOHN,(THE TECHNICIAN)WAS COURTEOUS, TIMELY, NEAT AND HELPFUL. HE COVERED HIS SHOES ON ARRIVAL AND LEFT NO MESS AROUND THE FURNACE. EXCELLENT WORK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROMPT & RESPONSIVE. THEY WORKED WELL & EFFICIENTLY. I AM VERY PLEASED.

THEY CAME IN DECEMBER TO CHECK A PROBLEM WITH THE FURNACE, AND THEY HAD TO CLEAN THE SENSOR. I HAD A PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY HAD RECENTLY DONE SEASONAL MAINTENANCE AND CLEANED THE FURNACE IN OCTOBER, SO THERE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM. THEY CHARGED US EXTRA FOR CLEANING THE SENSOR AND I FEEL IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED AS PART OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT. IF THEY HAD CLEANED IT CORRECTLY IN OCTOBER WHEN THEY SERVICED THE FURNACE, THERE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM. I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO ASK ABOUT THE COST, AND THEY TOLD ME MANY TIMES A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME TO TALK ABOUT IT, BUT A MANAGER NEVER CALLED. THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIVE AND I AM NOT GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN.

STEVENSON'S IS THE COMPANY THAT INSTALLED MY A/C AND GAS HEATING SYSTEM WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1999. THEY CONTINUE TO SERVICE MY SYSTEM 2 TIMES A YEAR - SPRING AND WINTER SERVICE.I HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY. THEY CALL ME TO MAKE MY SERVICING APPOINTMENTS AND MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMODATE MY SCHEDULE. THE ARE PROMPT, NEAT, PROFESSIONAL.
