Appliance Sale
It was quite expensive. They did all of the installation and did a very good job. We did not have any problems. They are not the cheapest people in the world. Their price is maybe a little above average. They have always been good about responsiveness. Sears' professionalism is good. Sears had what we wanted.

I had set a specific appointment time and even got a confirmation call saying they would be there. Day of, no one showed up and I had to cancel my plans to accommodate their delay. Even after that, they pushed the time even further and it was clear that there was a miscommunication with their scheduling. Ultimately, I wasted my entire day waiting for them to come. Even though they did a good job fixing the unit in about 20 minutes, I was really unhappy. I would definitely not recommend them.

They put the electrical plug left over the top of the stove, which was dangerous and a safety hazard and not under the electrical code. When the put the cabinets in the kitchen they had no drawers in the cabinet.
