Appliance Repair
This company was sent by my home warranty company, they were very unprofessional and came out to three times but never repaired the appliance. We were very displeased.

THE ONLY REASON WE USED HIM WAS BECAUSE OF THE HOME WARRANTY REQUIREMENT. THEY DIDN'T SUPPORT MY VALID ARGUMENT FROM THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. THEY DID NOT FULLY COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY LEFT THE SPIGOT UN-CAULKED, UN-NAILED, AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS ASKING THEM TO COMPLETE THE WORK.

THEY MADE THREE TRIPS, AND DID MINOR WORK, BUT NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM. THE LAST VISIT ENDED WHEN THEY SAID THEY NEEDED TO ORDER A PART, BUT THEN DIDN'T RETURN CALLS OR FOLLOW UP. THEY WERE SENT BY MY HOME WARRANTY SERVICE, AND THE COMPANY WOULD ONLY RESPOND TO THEM. OUR WARRANTY COMPANY ALLOWED US TO USE ANOTHER COMPANY.
