I have interviewed everyone that was involved with this and listened to the phone calls associated with your account and these are the facts as I am able to identify them: o August 2013 Scherzinger received a call for an inspection for insects. We sent our technician out to do a free inspection and he quoted you originally for our warranted quarterly pest program (the Guardian Program). At that time you decided not to go with our service. o Scherzinger annually reviews their prices and adjusts them accordingly which we had done again this winter. o When Scherzinger Pest Control received a call on April 4, 2014 inquiring about services; our Customer Services Representative went through the current pricing structure of the Guardian Program. When she realized there was a difference from what you were quoted last year; she consulted with her supervisor and agreed to honor that quote. o During the call there was also discussion about termite concerns (which are covered under different programs). The Scherzinger representative did discuss and give quotes for those other options; which during the call you choose not to go that direction. o When the Scherzinger technician showed up to perform the Guardian service on April 5th; he was asked about why he wasn’t doing anything for the termite concern. The Scherzinger Technician described the differences between the programs and got his manager on the phone so that the difference in the price would be understood. At that time the decision was made to move forward with the Guardian Plus service by yourself; which includes general pest and termite control. This service was performed in it’s entirety that afternoon. Scherzinger Pest Control believes in offering a superior service at a value to our customers. If for any reason you feel you did not get what you paid for or were sold something that you did not want; we are happy to change you to the program that fits your concerns.
