The single worst experience I have ever had with a contractor of any kind. My work was done by subcontractors (which I was told wouldn't happen). They were dropped off in one vehicle at the beginning of the day and picked up at the end of the day regardless of how early they finished. None of them spoke English. They did not align the stamped patio mats properly at the beginning of the stamping process so the pattern is crooked across the entire slab. The surface was never troweled properly which left sharp rough spots throughout the patio. They attempted to grind down those spots which left colorless patches and a permanently damaged pattern. One year later, I am forced to spend $6,000 to repair the damage they did to my yard. There are deep Bobcat ruts in my side and back yards with compacted gravel in them. None of the mismatched grass seed they threw down has returned this year. I have to have everything regraded and reseeded. Iron rebar stains are bleeding through the surface of my stained slab and the base is eroding away from under one corner. The concrete sealer, which is supposed to have a sheen is uneven and dull in spots. They damaged the stucco on the side of my house while tearing out the old stairs and mismatched the color of their repairs leaving blotchy looking stains on my walls. This has been an enormously costly and embarrassing ordeal. My salesman resigned halfway through my job and I never heard from this company again after suggesting that the absentee owner visit my home to witness the finished project. Had I not spent every last dime I had on this patio, I would have sued. Buyer beware!
