Rentals - Trucks
Motivated to rent from them given that their vans have power lifts, instead of typical ramps. Rented from the 2600 E. Westbelt location, as they are open on Saturdays. Lift and van worked OK, but entire van was dirty and greasy, with heavy smell of cigarette smoke. Customer service was a nightmare. Rude, poor inter-office communication and utter disorganization. I completed my single-person in-town move in 8hrs, topped off tank afterwards, and was charged $200 for the privilege of renting from them.

Rentals - Trucks
They were really good people and I didn't have any problem with them. I called them and they had what I needed. They had the truck parked in front waiting for me. Everything was good. Their prices were competitive.
