ROYAL CUSTOM EXTERIORS INC

They originally were Queen Exteriors and did our stucco on our house in 2012. There was a problem area on the front center of our 8,000 square foot home -- a dark patch that clearly had some issues. They repaired it before construction was complete but there was still a large dark spot that just never went away. Literally three years later, they finally came out (after much persistence from our builder and myself) to repair it -- and the guy that was here said "yeah they patched it but didn't do a very good job". So he took a 5 gallon bucket of material from our basement, proceeded to begin his work and then realized that it was the wrong color (we also have EIFS that is in a different color), packed up his stuff and left. With my stucco material. So we're left with a huge patch of light tan color in the middle of our very dark house. They don't answer the phone, don't return phone messages or texts. The only contact I've had since that day was a text that said we gave them the wrong color (it's in an email which color is which and I'm 100% positive that they're correct because we used the darker color inside our home as well), and he won't answer our builder's messages either. Do not use this company!
