Everything went wrong. The toggle hooks were faded, the buttons were dried out, and the coat was shrunk. The coat feels really light, and the hood is really small. I even took it to the store that sold it, and was told that they had possible applied too much steam when cleaning. When I informed him of all the issues, he got every upset, and seemed to get fixated on the amount the coat cost, instead of fixing the problem. I had talked to various people, who had recommended a few solutions to fix the issues. I would've been fine with him fixing the problem. Instead, I'm without a coat, and he's upset.

We use them pretty consistently on a week by week basis since May of this past year. They have a delivery service. We get billed on a monthly cycle. They come and pick things up and drop them off. Their customer service is great. His name is Andy Park and he is the manager of their delivery and pick up service. He stopped by one day to offer his card and he told me what they did, which was very nice because I love their service. They are very punctual and they are always on time. They are very nice. My clothes are always in great shape. They do a really nice job and it is a really complete package. We will be using them until we move or die.

We had a couple problems but the owner was very responsive and resolved everything to our satisfaction. We would use them again in this fashion and as a normal drycleaner.

When we first put the duvet back on the bed we noticed it had faded. We have the matching pillow shams, throw pillows and bed skirt that were not cleaned. So the fading was obvious. I also noticed that the braided banding around the edges was missing. It was raveled and shredded. It looks terrible. I called the owner, Jong Huhl, and he was no help. He was rude, insulting and down right nasty. He kept making excuses about the fabric being defective. The workmanship of the duvet was very high quality. This was a very expensive set and I felt he should replace it. He wanted to send it away for testing. I refused. He said "that I had to much time on my hands." I told him he would be hearing from our lawyer. He said fine, turned his back and walked away. So much for the customer always being right. I would never, never do business with this company again and I hope that you don't either. Jong does not stand behind his work and is verbally abusive. He doesn't deserve to be on Angie's List.

"When a homeowner has a complaint, we listen to their problem and then ask to give us a few days so we can look into it. If we are not exactly sure what happened to the garment in question, then we send it out to a company for analysis. In this case, homeowner had an issue with her blanket, would not let us have it for analysis and demanded money. Homeowner refused to leave the blanket for us to look at and accused us of deliberately instructing our employees to send out defective. When I refused to do anything unless she gave us the blanket for analysis, she threatened to call her attorney at which I told her to do whatever she wanted to do and walked away. Generally quite acceptable. Staff is friendly and helpful. However the finishing process, in which only one shirt button (the collar) is buttoned after hanging, creates quality problems. The front shirt panels don't hang straight in this situation, resulting in folds down the entire shirtfront, which become pressed in place when bagged. The result is ok for an office where appearance really doesn't matter. I use them as backup but always have to emphasize having them button the shirt at top, middle and bottom.

We have used their pickup and drop off service for about a year after switching from another cleaners, which was terrible. Ross does a very good job. The clothes come back clean and pressed correctly, and their driver is good. The Club Ross feature is worth it if you do a lot of dry cleaning.

They did not have any sort of price list before having the work done. When I picked up the items they had charged quite a bit more than I expected and still would not provide a price list. I found the manager to be very rude. They have always done a good job for me in cleaning for which I will use them again, but not alterations.

We really like Ross. The storefront is spacious, clean, and nicely arranged (the store was remodeled within the past few years); the staff are friendly and helpful; there always are coupons in one of the mailers that we receive at home; and everything seems to go quite smoothly.

I have been going to Ross Cleaning for about 10 years and generally they do a good job. The staff is friendly and if there is an item not satisfactory they reclean or repress etc. promptly.

I WILL PAY A LITTLE MORE FOR GOOD DRY CLEANING. CLOTHES ARE ALWAYS NICELY PRESSED; THEY DO WELL AT STAIN/SPOT REMOVAL. CLOTHING IS HUNG WITH CARE, PADDED AND STUFFED WITH TISSUE WHEN APPROPRIATE.
