Absolute scam of a company. Charged us before doing the job, then came out and did the bare minimum and failed to do anything they said they would do. After months of discussion with the company, they refused to finish the job or offer us even a partial refund. Would stay away from this company if possible.

This team (and in particular the technician who did the work) did a great job. I called the company because I found a small-ish, grapefruit-sized wasp nest in a tree near our house. I discovered it by being stung multiple times while walking past the tree. I called this company on a Saturday (one of the few pest-control companies available on a Saturday). We scheduled an appointment for Monday, and I received a quote by phone before the tech came out. The technician was great. I showed him the nest, he suited up, and got rid of it. A huge relief to us, and well worth the cost.

We have just had them forever. I do not remember how I chose them. I like their different systems that you can use to keep termites away and I like the type of system that they use. I think I would recommend other Angie’s List members to use them if they need any kind of pest control services. They are pretty good in terms of responsiveness. I would continue to use this company in the future if needed.

It consists of general work that includes spiders, bugs and so forth as well as termite control. Their rates were very reasonable when we compared it with others. That is why we chose them. We have a service contract with them where they come out monthly. There is also a separate termite contract. We use them at work and not here in our house. It feels like a small company where we always deal with the same people. They are very easy to get in touch with. They return calls very promptly if we leave a message. We are really satisfied with their service.

They came out once to treat the nest with chemicals. They had to come back to treat the nest with different chemicals to remove the nest.

We had a terrible problem with spiders last year. We took estimates from several companies and chose Rose Pest Solutions because of the courtesy and advice the receptionist provided on the phone. As a new home owner, I didn't know what questions to ask and she was polite and guiding; other companies were not. They came as scheduled and one extra visit (at no charge) over the course of the year. Each time the technician introduced himself and was polite as he worked in and around our home. We have several small children and the technician proposed a treatment and prevention plan that limited the use of chemicals and sprays. The insect problem is greatly improved and we chose to re-sign with them for another year.

FISHER REALLY HELPED US CONTROL OUR PROBLEM WITH CARPENTER ANTS WHICH REQUIRED FREQUENT SERVICE CALLS TO OUR HOME. FISHER NEVER CHARGED US FOR THE EXTRA SERVICE CALLS.
