"BEFORE THIS MEMBER EVEN CONTACTED OUR COMPANY, VIA TELEPHONE, WE RECEIVED A FULLY TYPED 3 PAGE, DETAILED FAX WITH A LIST OF REPAIRS HE WANTED DONE TO HIS HOME; MOST ITEMS ON THAT LIST WERE UNREALISTIC REQUESTS OF WHAT WAS ACTUALLY TO OCCUR TO A HOUSE DURING THE ROOFING/SIDING PROCESS. IF WE WERE TO HAVE COMPLETED HIS REQUESTED LIST, THAT PROCESS WOULD HAVE TAKEN A MINIMUM OF 3 HOURS (NO ESTIMATE SHOULD EVER TAKE MORE THAN ONE HOUR TO COMPLETE). THEREFORE, WE GAVE THIS MEMBER A VERY THOROUGH ESTIMATE (AS WE PRIDE OURSELVES IN ALWAYS GIVING FUTURE CUSTOMERS), BUT DID NOT INCLUDE AN ESTIMATE FOR HIS REQUESTS THAT WERE UNREASONABLE. ALSO, WE ARE LICENSED, INSURED, BONDED, PROVIDE WORKMENS COMPENSATION AND HAVE ABUNDANT REFERENCES AVAILABLE."
"WE WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE TO THIS MEMBER FOR ANY MISUNDERSTANDING THAT MAY HAVE OCCURRED WHEN RESCHEDULING THEIR APPOINTMENT; THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE DID ATTEMPT NUMEROUS TRIES AT GETTING IN CONTACT WITH THIS MEMBER VIA CELLULAR TELEPHONE, AND THAT IS WHEN THE POOR CELLULAR TELEPHONE RECEPTION TOOK PLACE (THE REASON FOR THE RESCHEDULING WAS DUE TO A WEATHER CONFLICT, WHICH, ALSO, MUST HAVE AFFECTED THE TELEPHONES CONNECTION). WE ENCOURAGE OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVES TO USE CELLULAR TELEPHONES SO, THAT CUSTOMERS CAN REACH THEM AT ANY TIME WITH QUESTIONS, OR NEEDS (THIS MEMBERS COMMENT OF BAD RECEPTION IS THE FIRST WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED).
