Rite Rug Flooring

Workmanship is very poor. I have a loose carpet in several different places. I have flooring that has gaps between in toward you can see the sub floor underneath and the flooring is loose. They charged me an agreed upon price of $350 to remove and reinstall two toilets when they did the bathroom floor and when they came to put the toilet back in which I might add took 7 days after the job was completed, so there was no bathroom for 7 days and they did come back out late on the Friday evening, they inform me that there will be extra $213.00 and if I wasn't willing to pay that they will not going to reinstall the toilets.

The salesperson, Tom, suggested a product that would work well in our basement.. he came to our home to measure and took samples of the wall paneling and quarter round molding to match the stain. We placed the order, and a few weeks later, the flooring was installed. The installer, Freddie, arrived on time and altho he was working alone, installed the new flooring. He was polite and capable. We are pleased with the product and with the installation. We have no complaints and are pleased with the new floor in our basement. Because of our experience, we can recommend the Rite Rug store in Westerville and their staff.

They were excellent. We went with them because their price was very fair.

Long process.  1 installer took 7.5 hours to lay a 12 x 12 kitchen floor which did not require taking up old floor.  However, the installer was professional and punctual.  The sales was accommodating as well.  However, i had a deadline of Dec 10 to complete the project - it was completed on December 13.

It was nothing but aggravation. They missed appointments, mismeasured, and even sent ill-equipped service people to our home.

We had the carpet in for a little over a year and then the carpet buckled and started getting waves in it. We were just outside of the 1yr warranty period, so for $69, they came back and stretched it a little bit and he said he did the best that he could. We ended up having them back out again to re-stretch the rug for another $160. Now, you can see the staple marks and patches in front of our door ways. The sales rep was good, but the initial installation was done very poorly and I wouldn't use them again.

The rug was okay but I was unhappy with the kitchen floor but when I called them back about it they did nothing. My daughter-in-law is a lawyer and called them back and talked with them and got them to come back out and they fixed the work I was unsatisfied with.

Great. Selected carpet at store with salesman - Jim Peck. Very helpful and understood our needs. Arranged to have carpet measured in these units and also in a recently completed bonus room in our home. We did not order carpet for that room yet, but will within the next month, so it was nice that all the measuring could be done at the same time at both locations. Carpet installers were prompt, very nice, efficient. The 2 completed units look good.

Great sales and service here. We found something on sale that was less than a wholesaler I know. The installers were excellent and were done in no time.

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY. THEY RECYCLED THE OLD CARPET AFTER INSTALLING THE NEW. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

NEGATIVE REPORT - WRONG INSTALLATION, WRONG SIZE. TOOK TWO REORDERS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS.

WAS ABLE TO ORDER AND INSTALL CARPET WITHIN 3 DAYS. WORKED HARD & EFFICIENTLY.

WORKMANSHIP -LESS THAN PERFECT. SEEMS VISIBLE ETC. DID NOT MEASURE CAREFULLY, SO I PAID 1/3 DOWN, NOW THEY WANT TO UP THE PRICE BECAUSE THEY "MISFIGURED". NOT VERY NICE GUY.
