Richter Plumbing

Can't remember the exact date Brian was at our home, but it was after the ice storm when we lost power (and HEAT) for almost four days. Brian came to the house within 24 hours and checked that our son had turned off the main water to the house correctly, and walked through with him as he turned everything back on. Brian also checked the water heaters, ouside bibs, and did a quick inspection of everything to make sure we would not have any water pipe breaks. The temperature in the house got down to the high 30s, and we were out of state at the time. Brian was EXTREMELY professional and only charged us $50 to cover gas/time. His normal rate starts at $100. Great guy, and I was finally able to sleep that night!

The plumber was courteous and professional. He gave me a specific time and then on the day of the appointment called me well in advance to let me know that he probably would be a little later than expected. He arrived within a few minutes of his estimate. He was well prepared, having already purchased all of the equipment he expected to need. He consulted me to make sure his recommended solution was acceptable and then efficiently implemented it. When there were issues with the water softener function -- not part of what he had been asked to service -- he again consulted me and made a serious effort to help resolve those. After leaving, he called to make sure I understood how to temporarily alleviate problems if the water pressure deteriorated again before the water softener service appointment I scheduled next week. I was very pleased with the service, would use the company again, and would recommend them.

Overwhelmed was how I felt until Richter Plumbing came out. Their price was exactly were we needed it to be. They lifted a ton of weight off my shoulders. They did everything in less than three days, including all of my horrible mess ups. Every night after they left there was no mess, they updated us on what was left to do and how long it would take. They beat the time estimate by two hours and helped me pass my inspections with the city. The city inspector even complemented him on how great everything looked. I would like to complement them on how great everything works. I will never use anybody but Richter Plumbing for now on.
