On time and very efficient

I liked that I had an in-person consultation that was quick and on time. The other professionals I requested quotes from came while I was at work and one did not show up at all. I got a quote online that was pretty straight forward, but didn't go into a lot of detail. I did not schedule at the quote because I was comparing estimates, but they offered to do the job that Saturday. I called to get some more information about payment options, but I didn't get a call back. I agreed to the quote online a few days later. I figured they'd call to set up an appointment. They showed up on Saturday since they had a time slot open. I had company over, but I allowed them to complete the work. Overall the work was good and completely, but a couple of the trees we discussed weren't touched due to them being close to power lines. This was not mentioned in the original quote. I would give 5 stars, but I feel there were some lapses in communication.

Fast response, extremely professional, exceptional work

They offered to remove two trees and stumps for considerably less than another company. They did the work on time and did a good job of cleanup afterwards.

Had a hard time getting my calls return. Was prompt in showing up to finally do the work for my elderly parents. He cleaned up everything, the price was within range of other tree services. I went to inspect the work and noticed that limbs were still stretching over into the neighbor's yard. Some of the branches were never touched- tree unevenly trimmed. The front yard tree is still reaching into the city wires. I texted Mr Reyes; I emailed him & called him. Once he cashed the check, I haven't heard back. It's going on a month now. Very disappointed.

I have had the misfortune of trying to get some other contractors for other jobs beyond my scope but these folks are an absolute gem. Very professional/prompt/courteous/right priced ... I am recommending them to my neighbors - wish I had found them to do the entire tree removal job.
