The work was of good quality. Took quite a while for the work to get started. And they left a mess in the house. But they were very willing to do the job so that we liked the look of the fireplaces.

WE FOUND THAT MOST CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BOTHER WITH SUCH A TIME CONSUMING JOB, BUT RESTORATION CONTRACTORS DID. JACK IS AN ARTISAN IN MASONRY WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN.

I PAID A DEPOSIT & THEY WOULD NEVER COME BACK & FIX PROBLEMS THEY FINALLY DID. THEY DID COME BACK THOUGH TO FINISH THE JOB & APOLOGIZED ABOUT NOT BEING BACK EARLIER. ALSO FIXED EXISTING PROBLEMS FROM EARLIER. I WOULDN'T SAY RELIABLE BUT I WAS SATISFIED!!
