Cathy and her crew do a great job. They are great at cleaning up after my dogs and my family after we have "enjoyed" the house in her absence. In the rare event that service is not up-to-par, Cathy makes sure that the crew makes up for any shortfalls. Cathy is very thorough in following up to make sure the customer is happy with her crew. In addition, Cathy is also very flexible so that if I need to switch dates and/or need extra cleaning before family visits (translation: my mother), Cathy always makes sure she is available. I highly recommend her.

A Requestfully Yours team comes every two weeks to clean our 4 bedroom ca. 1960 home. They do a great job and are very responsive, courteous, and professional. Over the years, they have helped me out with bigger jobs (cleaning out the basement, etc.) I know directly from others that they are excellent at helping prepare for a move or doing a similar large organizational job. I highly recommend them.

Consistently excellent work...any time I have had a problem or special request in the more than 10 years that I have used them, Cathy has been immediately responsive and taken action to assure my satisfaction. The staff are extremely reliable and trustworthy...they frequently clean my home when I am not there and consistently take care of "extra requests" when I need them. They are friendly and professional and I could not be a more satisfied customer.

Charged double for the first cleaning, though our home was already very clean, which I though was strange, but whatever. The cleaners did an fine job. However, the owner, forgot to give me an address (after 3 requests for it) to mail payment and then became rude when it was not received in a timely fashion. I still don't know how the payment could have been mailed sooner without an address. Anyway, as she requested, the payment was then sent from our bank, so it took a couple days to process. In any event, it would not have been a problem, except, that her emails were hostile, demanding and rude. Literally, like a collection agency - instead a simple question, which woud be easy to answer. Oh, the payment was received the same day the hostile email was sent; she never apologized. Again, the payment was received, and the delay was explained (no address, bank processing) and she continued to argue and place blame. As many of you, we hired help to make life simplier, not so we can answer to a hostile owner. It is really too bad, too. The girls did such a good job.

Cathy and her crew are great. They come in, do a great job cleaning, always take care of any extras I need, are very flexible, and very polite.

We have used this company for almost a year, and we are very happy with the work that Cookie and Rose have done. We will refer this company to anyone looking for someone to clean their house.

QUALITY OF CLEANING IS GOOD, STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO TWO OTHER CLEANING COMPANIES WE HAVE USED IN THE PAST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

IN THE EVENT SOMETHING IS MISSED OR A MISTAKE IS MADE, THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. THEY WILL COME BACK OUT IF SOMETHING ISN'T DONE TO MY SATISFACTION (RARELY OCCURS). THE OWNER DEFINITELY UNDERSTANDS THIS IS A SERVICE INDUSTRY AND WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. EVEN WHEN I NEED TO CHANGE A CLEANING DATE, SHE IS ALWAYS HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE ME. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CLEANING SERVICE.

THEIR WORKERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE. THEY CLEAN THOROUGHLY AND ARE QUICK TO RESPOND TO SPECIAL REQUESTS. THE WORK CREW IS FAIRLY CONSISTENT AND HAVE ALL BEEN PEOPLE THAT I AM HAPPY TO HAVE WORKING IN MY HOME. PHONE CALLS AND E-MAILS RECEIVE QUICK REPLIES AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE. THE PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER CLEANING SERVICES WHICH ARE BONDED AND INSURED. I AM HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

ONLY THING I WAS UNHAPPY ABOUT WAS THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF QUITTING WITH NO NOTICE, COULD NOT TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM VERY WELL

WE USED THIS SERVICE REGULARLY FOR OVER A YEAR. RECENTLY, I COMPLAINED THAT THERE WERE SLIPPERY SPOTS (PROBABLY FROM FURNITURE POLISH) ON THE HARD WOOD. IN ADDITION, THE HOUSE WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS IN THE PAST. AFTER TODAY''S CLEANING, MY SON SLIPPED ON THE FLOOR (EXTREMELY SLIPPERY) AND THERE IS DUST UNDER MUCH OF THE FURNITURE. QUALITY OF WORK HAS BEEN VERY UNEVEN.

SHE SCRUBBED THE MEMBERS KITCHEN FLOOR ON HER HANDS AND KNEES- THIS REALLY IMPRESSED MEMBER.

USED SEVERAL TIMES. THE LAST TIME THEY WERE LATE AND BROKE SOME OF OUR BELONGINGS.

WAS OVER PROMISING & UNDER DELIVERING (& SOMEWHAT ARGUMENTATIVE W/ ME) SCRATCHED AN APPLIANCE & SAID SHE WOULD FIX BUT NEVER DID SAID SHE RAN OUT OF TIME. I PAID FOR A JOB NOT THE TIME.

OWNER KATHY TRIACHEFF HAD A REAL ATTITUDE. VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK W/. POOR COMMUNICATION W/ WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. SHE LEFT TERRIBLE SARCASTIC NOTES. SHE FINALLY LEFT A NASTY LETTER STATING THINGS WON'T WORK OUT B/W US.

CATHY WAS VERY SKILLED AND VERY TRUSTWORTHY.

THINGS WERE GREAT IN THE BEGINNING. RECENTLY, DIFFERENT PEOPLE HAVE BEEN COMING AND THE WORK IS NOT THOROUGH.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I PAID $20 AND HOUR.
