Because of how well our house was presented to buyers and our location, we received multiple offers in less than four days after putting our house on the market. LuAnn worked with all of the buyers with an extremely high degree of fairness and integrity and we ended up receiving an offer that was in excess of our asking price.

LuAnn worked tirelessly answering our questions, working with all of the buyers' agents and tying up all of the loose ends. Since the process went quickly, she worked a lot of late nights and weekends helping us reach a satisfying conclusion.

When you look at the cost of a realtor, the price is rather overwhelming, however, LuAnn's advise was invaluable to us and the results bear that out. I have seen a lot of houses that have been on the market for a long time while we were able to sell quickly and received a price that exceeded our expectations. I think that without LuAnn's help, we would not have achieved this outcome.

Appears to be too busy to provide service. I met with her to discuss list price in order to decide if I would sell or not. All the data I had, showed it would be a significantly lower sales price, but she assured me it should go much higher. I based my decision to sell on her professional recommendation. The house was well maintained, freshly painted, staged and vacant. (for easy access) I did everything that was recommended for the sale of it. After signing the contract, the sign in my yard and listing had it listed with her daughter? I didn't sign with her daughter, but I think she's trying to push business her way. After 2 weeks on the market, I did call to ask how things were going, just for an update. Communication and information to me was very limited, so I tried to call every 2 weeks or so. I also learned that she doesn't subscribe to "Realtor.com" so my listing had limited info and only 4 photos. (She advised that "Realtor.com" doesn't carry much weight, but that's what we relied on for finding our new home.) While I never pushed for any open houses, if she mentioned that they would be holding one, I'd typically call the week after to ask how they went. More than 50% of the time I learned that in fact they didn't occur. (somebody didn't show up, illnesses, etc) Open houses were not advertised, and the sign would go up (if at all) Friday or Saturday. I know Pat is well connected, and has an engaging personality, but this experience was unpleasant for me. Find a realtor who has the ability to focus and wants to sell your house.
