 + -1 moreThe agent we worked with was slow to respond, and lacked professionalism and courtesy. I would NEVER use them again, and I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. She made fun of my credit score, treated me discourteously on several occasions, surprised us with VARIOUS and SENSELESS duplicate requests. We were treated like we were not important.
Description of Work: Used them as a mortgage broker...still in process....it's taken over 5 months, and still not done!

Description of Work: well they came and wrote a contract with us to refinance our home and every time we called to check on things to see if anything was wrong due to the length of time that it was taking we were either told that he was waiting on an answer or had not had time to add something in or just something to blow us off.Needless to say we got some other company after so long and got our loan in just a couple of weeks .And that company told us that we probably would not be able toWe felt that they just blatantly disregarded our needs and their business responsibility to their customer.
