I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NEVER USE RALPH LIMES PLUMBING. WHY DID HE WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY (THE DAY TO INSTALL THE FAUCET)TO CALL ME BACK WHEN I GAVE HIM THE INFORMATION ON FRIDAY AND AGAIN ON SATURDAY. WHY DIDN''T HE OFFER OTHER SUGGESTIONS. I FELT HE REALLY DIDN''T WANT TO INSTALL ANY KITCHEN FAUCET.

DID NOT PUT A DOUBLE SEAL ON IT CAUSING WATER TO LEAK THROUGH THE CEILING. HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER COMPANY COME BACK OUT AND FIX IT.
