They were on time, and extremely punctual. The communication was a little weak, but the over all experience was good. I would ask upfront if there were discounts. They do not have an Angie's list discount, but they do have a seniors discount only if you get a new system insalled. The man who came was the owner of the company, I asked about any discounts and he stated he did not know. After calling Angie's List I was told they offer a senior citizens discount but they told me that they only offer this discount on the installation of an entire system.

The radon test came back with very good results. It was a very complicated job as they were dealing with the basement and two crawl spaces, and they did very well. The crew and the electrician were excellent also.

The experience with Radon Systems was wonderful!!! My mother is in the process of selling her home and part of the requirement from the buyers was to install a radon system subject to the buyer's approval. We have used Radon Systems before and we knew immediately they were the right company to call. They worked with us on the initial proposal and provided us the paperwork for the buyer. The buyer requested modifications and Radon Systems worked with them directly on the plan. Once the proposal was accepted, their installation process went quickly and smoothly. Their installation team was professional and courtesy - especially with the conditions they had to work with in the home (very small crawl space). Finally, they provided all necessary paperwork, including the 5 year warranty and post installation testing results for us. Their service is exceptional and we would recommend them to anyone. Their service was very good. I was moving out, but the buyers were very happy to see the reduced levels. This secured the sale of my home.

It went very well. The price was competetive. They were clean nd neat. They explained everything they were doing. They worked with my home owners association in putting the pipe through the roof at exactly the point that we needed to do it. When I call them with questions I am able to get a service representative quickly to answer my questions. They do not try to push to have it rechecked all the time.

The process from getting an estimate through to installation went very well. Everyone was very professional. I was amazed at how quickly the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend Radon Systems!

I needed the job done in a short period of time and it was done quickly and neatly. Everything was accomplished in a day, including the electrical work required to operate the fan.

The visit for the estimate happened as scheduled. The installation was completed as scheduled. The crew installing the system left the basement, garage and other areas exceptionally clean. I can recall of no other contractors doing such a neat installation job. I have nothing negative to say about my interaction with the company and the installation of the system.

Brad, came out on a Wednesday and spent time looking things over and came up with a plan as to how the system would work and where to place the system. Brad was able to find a place where the mitigation system would be out of sight. Two days later, the guys arrived on time and did a wonderful job! Todd and Gough were very nice and took the time to remove their shoes to keep our floors clean! I had a lot of questions for them, and they were very kind to answer all of them. The system was up and running in about 4 hours. Brad came back two days later for the test results. Our pre-mitigation level was 8.8.0 pCi/l and the post-mitigation level is 0.9 pCi/l! We feel MUCH better knowing that our home is at a very safe level now that we had the work done. These guys are the best!

Estimate and plan were clear. They were prompt and professional. Our pre-mitigation level was 16.0 pCi/l and the post-mitigation level is 1.9 pCi/l.

I choose this company based upon reviews here. Very good experience with this company EXCEPT for the salesman. We spent 3/4 of the time he was here determining where to install exhaust unit so it would remain unseen and how to install it. When the installers arrived 2 weeks later they looked at the location and within 2 minutes said we can't do that there (area need excavation and shrub removal) and if I wanted the job done today I must select another location. Not wanting to wait longer I choose a location with I now am remorseful about. At first I thought it may have been an honest mistake by the salesperson but then I found out he is a long time employee of this company and previous installer. Thinking back I even think I was charged more for this location and the price was not adjusted when location was changed. Overall: Good product, great installers, bad salesperson which results in poor service.

The fan had seized up and died during the black-out this late summer. Took a while for us to get them out here; they were replacing fans all over town, but they were quick in their work and the system is up and running. I asked them about avoiding such a problem in the next power outage, and they were helpful. We are still waiting for the paperwork to be mailed to us, pretty important since there is a 5-year warranty on the fan and service.

Prior to us buying our new house, we had the radon level tested only to find extremely high levels in our old house. Although we did not hire their services, we had several interactions with them after purchasing the house with their follow-up appointments. After installing the system, they came back to recheck the radon levels with us. They were very professional and told us a lot of information on how to check the system, keep it running, as well as giving us a binder of radon information.

They were very friendly and very nice. They sent someone out the same day I called. They did the job very efficiently and then they were on their way. I thought they were really good at what they are doing.

Excellent job. My basement had a 9 pCi level (two home tests averaged). Radon Systems gave a quick estimate, scheduled the job a month out, showed up on time and did a great job. My house is especially challenging. We have 3 large crawl spaces and an odd shape to the entire basement. They ran a total of 300' of duct to channel the radon out and tucked all the duct in nice and neat. Measurements at the end of the job showed they reduced the radon emission from 9 pCi to 1 pCi (+/- 0.5). Very quick, nice looking job and thorough.

It went well, they were very prompt, professional. They explained everything, we had no questions at all. Good company to work with.

After retesting the radon level went from 6.1 to 1.7. Service was excellent!
