Rachael did a fantastic job! She picked up the ottoman from our house and delivered it when complete, all in the promised timeframe. It looks great and is so much nicer than any of the new ottomans I had looked at in stores. Based on our positive experience, I am hiring her make four new pillows. I highly recommend her and would definitely hire her for any upholstery needs.

All turned out perfect and the fabric looked sensational the way she matched up the patterns- all work of high quality.  The cushion was welted and zippered-nice detailing. The upholstery job was done within an acceptable time frame and she picked up and delivered the piece herself. I would highly recommend her services and her friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor. She is A+ all the way.

It was a great experience.  She was prompt on emailing me back to answer my questions. There was a delay of a few weeks before she could start because of other work she had but once she picked up the chaise, it was about 2.5 weeks till I got it back and she quoted 3 weeks. It looked wonderful! It was also great that she picked up and returned the item and I did not have to worry about transportation. THere was some changing of dates for pickup at the last minute because of a family emergnecy but she was great in communicating with me.

I spoke to Rachael.  She told me to purchase the fabric from JoAnn's for the seat.  I disassembled the seat from the rest of the chair and took it and the fabric to Rachael.  I was a bit shocked at how "common" her home looked.  I suppose I expected sewing machines and fabrics draped across clotheslines.  As Rachael took the materials, I felt a bit apprehensive.  She told me when I could expect to have the product returned.  When I returned, the upholstery job was gorgeous!  My cat had vomited on the original white fabric, but still I purchased white fabric for the new job.  It was flawless.  I wasn't sure there would be enough material to cover the surface area, but there was enough to do the job and to cut the remainder fabric into two pieces and place on top of the seat to prevent my cat from repeating her behavior.  When I arrived at Rachael's, I somehow had the price wrong.  She wasn't home at the time, but she told her daughter via phone that I could simply pay her the other $5 on the next job.  Instead, I sent her a thank you note and enclosed the $5.  I would use her again in a heartbeat, and I gladly refer her to others if they don't mind doing some of the legwork themselves on the front-end of the job.

Rachael picked up the material along with the cushion to be covered at the scheduled date.
She also returned the finished product to my residence once completed.  She did a wonderful
job on the seams and trim work.  Very impressed with her work.  I would definitely use her services again.

Rachael responding promptly. She was very easy to work with and she kept the lines of communication open. She delivered as promised. The chairs and ottoman were beautifully done. The upholstery job was very nice, but the trim is pulling loose.  Both Rachel and I were aware that the glue used to apply the trim might not hold.  I am experimenting with other products to reapply this trim.  The basic upholstery job was very well done.

Rachel picked up and delivered the pieces when completed.  Her work is perfect.  All seams are perfectly matched.  She replaced the batting and the webbing.  The chairs are just beautiful and look as though they are new, despite the fact that they are 20+ years old.  Rachel is very easy to work with and honors requests.  I provided the fabric and showed her which part of the pattern I wanted to see on the pillows.  They came out just right! 
I gave her a "B" for punctuality because I had to leave a message twice, days apart, in order to get an initial call-back , and the chairs took longer than promised.  However, I was willing to call again and wait for the finished product, given her excellent reviews on line. The results were well worth it!  I plan on working with Rachel again in the new year and I would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a professional sewing or upholstery provider.

This is the third time I have used Rachael.  Every time has been a great experience.  She came to pick up the chairs and returned them on time.  Each time I have been more than satisfied with the results.  I am planning my next project with her.

The workmanship is excellent and she had everything done in the 3 weeks she told me it would take. My husband and I are delighted with her work and I will definitely contact her with anything we need in the future.

Rachael was very responsive and easy to work with.  She came and picked up the pieces to be re-upholstered and dropped them back off at my home.  When she opened the rocking chair seat, she discovered that the springs inside were in terrible disrepair.  She took the time to send me photos so that I could understand what the issue was, and was quick to provide several options for how to proceed.  I was very pleased with the work performed, and highly recommend her to others.
