QUILT BEGINNINGS

I had my sewing machine cleaned and adjusted as part of standard maintenance at the Sawmill Road location of Quilt Beginnings. I discovered too late that their service people are not certified to work on Bernina sewing machines, which is what I brought for service. The service person seems to have broken the plastic outer case of the machine that covers the sewing arm when he removed it for for cleaning. So now, my expensive computerized sewing machine is literally falling apart, when it was completely in tact before I took it to that place. The person also failed to calibrate the machine properly for a buttonhole foot, one of the requests I had made when I brought it in. A problem with the internal thread cutter was also not addressed. When I called and spoke with the guy who did the service afterwards, to discuss that he had not completed the job, he was rude and behaved in what I consider a sexist manner toward me, talking down to me as though I was the the incompetent one. While he clearly did not know how to service this machine correctly, he told me that I didn't understand how to use my sewing machine, which is decidedly not the case. The person who accepted the machine when I initially brought it for service also did not display adequate knowledge about sewing machines. That in itself probably should have served as a warning sign of what was to come. I strongly recommend to others to not have this place touch your Bernina sewing machine. You very well may regret it like I do. Please note I have estimate the date since I have forgotten exactly when this occurred. Within the last year.

I took my Mega Quilter Sewing Maching into Quilt Beginnings for a cleaning and service.
I told them the machine was working good but it needed cleaned and serviced.
I was called the next day and went to pick it up.  The service man said the spool holder was cracked and he super glued it.  It was not broken when I took it in. I then asked about the missing piece on the machines foot and he said he took it off because it was not needed.  I asked for the part and he had thrown it away.  I have looked everywhere for a replacement foot and it is not available. 
My machine worked great prior to taking it into the store and now it can not be used at all. 
Quilt beginnings is not doing anything to rectify this problem that they created.
