Great experience! Nathan was prompt, efficient and professional. He completed the inspection and walked us through his findings on the house we were planning to buy. When the buyers for our current house indicated concern about past termite damage and we called to schedule service, Char advised us on the cost of termite remediation being between $1500-$3000 and questioned whether it was really necessary if there was no current damage or evidence of pests. She was honest, straight forward and ethical and armed us with information to counter our buyer's request. Five stars all around for this company.

The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. They were booked out 5 days so I went down and bought the pest spray. I called a few additional times with questions and she was really helpful.

After discovering what I thought wast new termite damage in a previously damaged area of the house, I contacted Quality Pest Control to inspect for new termite activity. Their inspector contacted us the same day, and made an appointment for the following day. He arrived at the time specified, thoroughly inspected the house, and advised that we did not have an active termite infestation. The damage (drywall tunneling) was old and had just recently become visible. We were not charged for the service, which included a thorough question/answer session, and a promise to return, at no cost, for additional inspections if we ever suspected new activity at any time. In 40 years of home ownership, I have never had a better experience with a service provider. I will never hesitate to use this company for pest control purposes if needed.

Did spraying around the house, took care of the issues.

Just discovered the overpayment. Will call conttractor and hear what they will say. Disappointed.

I was having repairs done on my wood porch. An area we thought that just needed minor repairs was found to have ants and small white bugs infesting the wood and what appeared to be old termite tubes in a very small area of the porch. Contacted Qualtiy Pest Control based on a recommendation from a family friend who is also in the business, but who doesn't handle termites. Nathan and Mike came out the next day and inspected the porch area, the rest of the outside of the house, and the inside of the basement. They felt the small area of the tubes and the fact that they seemed old and unused meant termites weren't the issue as much as carpenter ants. They suggested localized spraying around the porch and front of the house and then in a year or two, have someone come out to re-inspect the house. Mike and Nathan were professional and knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions and other concerns I had.

Mike and Nathan arrived on time, were very professional, wore slip covers over their shoes, provided a detailed explanation of inspection, offered suggestions/tips for prevention of WBI and provided us with the Inspection Report required for closing.

It was the first time I had used them. It went well. They're coming back a few more times this year. They were pleasant and timely.

I wasn't present, but I assume fine.

They were nice. They came when we were on vacation and left a receipt for us.

Their price is very good.

When we bought our house the inspection found termites in the detached garage and the previous owners hired Quality Pest to treat them. The next summer we saw more termites, so called out Quality again. Even though we were slightly beyond the warranty period, they stood by their work and retreated the garage at no cost to us. We were really impressed with the integrity of this company.

I have used this company in the past, and they are reliable and prompt. Only the weather caused delays in treating the outside of the house.

Everything went well. They were very responsive to my calls, charged a fair price, and did an excellent job.

They solved the problem for me in a timely manner. I would use them again if needed.

They came when I needed them and provided very good service. I also placed a follow-up call for some information which did not require a service call, and they did not charge me. If I were to sell my house I would contact them for the final inspection.

Worked mostly with Mike Poulton (VP). Mike was very professional and personable. We took the extra time to explain the various services offered with NO SALES PRESSURE AT ALL! (We even suggested that I shop around, if I felt at all inclined.) I actually did not even call another place, as I felt very comfortable with this firm. Mike wait a few days until the ground was not too saturated (form rainy weather), then a technician applied the treatment. The drilled holes in the porch were fixed very well. I would recommend Quality Pest Control, as did a neighbor (which is where I got this referral).

They were prompt.

They were on time, very polite and very informative about where the problem was. She let me know what she was doing and gave me great tips for my own home since this was my parents' home they were servicing.

TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. HE HAD US WALK AROUND THE HOME TO POINT OUT AREAS THAT WE SHOULD KEEP AN EYE ON FOR FUTURE ISSUES.

THEY INSPECTED THE HOME FOR TERMITES BEFORE I PURCHASED IT, IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS, WE DISCOVERED TERMITES UNDER THE EXTERIOR STUCCO, WHICH THEY MUST NOT HAVE CHECKED FOR.

THE BEST IVE EVER USED!! ID GIVE THEM AN A+.

RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY AND WORK DONE WHEN PROMISED.
