A great experience. I was able to call and get in touch with Bob immediately and schedule an appointment within a day or two. John came out and solved the issue. He also used a less hazardous product to achieve the goal which we appreciated. John explained everything and yes - they are definitely not out to sell you more services than needed like other companies sometimes do. Very pleased with service. Will definitely use again.

PPI did a great job. They responded to my request within 20 minutes and were at my door within another 90. John inspected the area, confirmed the presence of termites, and took the time to carefully explain why he chose the treatment that he did. He also offered additional treatments (without being pushy about it, which is awesome). I believe I was charged appropriately for the service. I'm very impressed with the company's response time and professionalism.

It took two doses as they expected and everything went as planned. Veryy good service.

Outstanding, the representative John, came out and inspected our home the day we called and did not find any pests! So we were happy...he also provided information about pests and detection so that we would be ready if something comes up.  Very helpful. If we have a pest control problem, they will be the first company that I would contact.

They contacted me immediately and an appointment was set up.  They were respectful and very kind.  He put out bait and traps and I am no longer hearing the sounds of these little critters.  I am very pleased with this service.  I would highly recommend this company and use them again.  They told me that as long as the bait is disappearing they will continue to come back.

It went well. The company offered a "fix the problem" price; in other words they will treat again if necessary and such subsequent treatment(s) are covered by the price. The technician came on-time and conducted himself professionally. He answered our questions, completed the treatment efficiently and left.

Received a call as promised that they were able to come out, within 15 minutes he was here. Explained the problem, he checked the basement thoroughly, no evidence of a nest which was good news he said. He checked outside and found where the yellow jackets were getting into our basement. He sprayed thoroughly and said to give a week and let him know if any problems. Wonderful professional prompt service, would recommend to everyone!!!

Excellent. I called this company on a Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a voice mail message and I was surprised when the owner answered. Bob fully explained the 2 methods available for the extermination of these unwanted pests. I received other quotes and this was by far the best price and warranty. John did a great job here on Saturday and walked me through all the services he performed. Terrific service and price equals an A+ rating.

Precision was AMAZING - they came out to inspect regarding our concerns. The inspections was thorough and FREE. No additional services were necessary. We will contact Precision for any future needs. Very professional AND HONEST!!!!

John treated one bedroom in my home for bed bugs, including the mattress cover. He was always prompt and courteous. The price was reasonable, and I've had no reappearance of the nasty critters almost 90 days later.

Great experience and great people

I called this morning when my contractor pulled some wood off my house and found carpenter ants. PPI came by within a few hours and sprayed while the exterior wall was still open. Very pleased with the quick arrival and spraying. I would definitely use them again!

Unfortunately, while traveling, we acquired and subsequently brought home bed bugs.  We called Precision Pest Control and they came out quickly for an assessment.  It was determined we had bed bugs.  The in-home evaluation was free, which is very nice.  However, we did in fact have bed bugs and hired them to exterminate the bugs.  The company very detailed and provided a comprehensive overview of what we would need to do to prepare for the first treatment.  We received two treatments and purchased bed bug covers as well.  We have not seen evidence of the bugs since the last treatment.  The company is incredibly detailed, knowledgeable and friendly.  I found the price to be quite  competitive and felt we got more than our money's worth.
