It was great! I called when my AC wasn't working, and the owner made it to my house in Bexley the very same day. He informed me that the reason my air wasn't working was because the air filter was clogged beyond belief. I replaced and it works great!

This review will be short and sweet. Harold and his guys are simply the best around.
He came out early Sunday morning, it was nice and cold outside, and kept my 25 year old furnace running (which was quite a job in and of itself), until him and his crew could come Monday morning to install a replacement.
4 guys came at 9 AM to tear out and install the new furnace, they were done by 1 and I was back up and running.
Great work, they sell great products and Harold is a great guy. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They were reasonable and they were very nice. They did what they said they would do and you can count on them. They came in, they brought the air conditioner, they put it in, and it worked. They did the air conditioner in one day and then the furnace. They were very punctual and they didn't drag it out.

It's now 11 years later and the air conditioner needs to be replaced...the line are leaking. We had someone come look at our system to get estimates. We found that Precision never fully sealed the coil on top of the furnace. They sealed one side, but not the other three, for some reason. Because of this, you can feel and hear air escaping whenever the air/heat is on. They also installed unnecessary turns in our ducts. While I understand it was probably just another Dominion House to them, it's my house. And I'm sure not going to call them to replace my air conditioner when they didn't even perform a quality install the first time.
I will say the person who came to service the furnace was super nice and even helped my husband make a list annual service items to help extend the life of the furnace. He cleaned the drum since it was full of drywall dust.

"Please keep in mind that this was signed off by a licensed city or county inspector. While we understand this is your home, codes have changed since the building of it. Also, Dominion had a site inspector that was to oversee such issues. Either the site inspector or the Delaware county inspector did not see this as an issue OR another company wanted to sell u another system...a known practice to some of Columbus' larger companies. We are a small, honest family owned business and we pride ourselves on excellent workmanship. Had [member name removed] called, we would have explained this to him."

"WE went back out and explained to homeowner that she has a leak in the evaporator coil. Gave her a cost of $1400.00 to replace the coil. Two lbs of Freon were added for free at a normal cost of $75.00 per lb. Explained to homeowner that she needs to remove junk from around the furnace in order to service product. Fire hazard and an inconvenience for technician to make a path prior to servicing of unit. Unprofessionalism may have been due to lack of cleanliness and hoarding conditions"

This is a mom and pop type family operations. They were half price one of the other competitors. They were very straightforward and honest. We didn't need a new filter housing and they told us that where the other companies just added that and that is a $500.00 expense for replacement we didn't need. In the incident where the factory did not have the specific air conditioner that we ordered, they went ahead and they bought the next highest quality one and they got them $500.00. They did not have any of that on to us. I found out after they installed it. I asked about it and they said that the manufacturer didn't have that in stock so they bought the next highest one up. It went great.

We have use Precision Air Heating and Air Conditioning Inc (PAHC) for the past several years. We find PAHC after out heater unit fan burnt out during one of the coldest weather we had in Central Ohio. They have been professional to my wife and they listen to her questions. Every spring we have PAHC look at our very old central air unit to see if it can survive another summer season and to add a pound or two of Freon to the unit. They prices really great for a family on a tight budget.
This is one of the few companies that I keep on my cell and are the first company I would call if I have heating or air condition problems.

Ac was not blowing cool air. I called at 7:30 this am. It is now 10:30 am and ac is working. Harold said we probably need a bigger newer unit at some point as ours in 26 years old. For now however he has fixed the problem and we have cool air.

Our AC unit was not working at all. Called precision and spoke with Harold Around 11 AM. It was a very hot day and his schedule was very full, but he said he would see if he could work something out and squeeze us in. He called back and said he would be here in 1-2 hours. Arrived when he said he would. Was very nice and knowledgeable about our unit. He diagnosed what the issue was (service disconnect). Rather than up sell me - he said there was a way to get unit running without replacing the burnt up service disconnect. This is basically a convenience feature (and some safety as well), but not required since there is a breaker in our service panel in the house as well. He got unit running and charged the coolant and it is working great. I went into service call thinking whole system may need replaced as it is about 16 yrs old and many neighbors have had to replace. He reassured me that we should be good for the season and that we didn't need to and quot;rushand quot; into buying a new unit. I didn't get any high pressure sales from him, and actually helped us delay a large expense. He was excellent, and will recommend to my neighbors.
