Excellent experience!  After so many months of dealing with a large company (our phone service provider) and continually being strung along & getting the run-around, having the opportunity to work with Mr. Strapp was a breath of fresh air!  We will definitely look to him first should we ever have trouble in the future.

Great problem solver, very energetic. Can do basic and simple things like putting in new phone jack, but is also always prepared to climb into the attic and handle more difficult situations.
