PNC CLEANERS

I?m a loyal customer of PNC. In the pas,t I would just go to the dry cleaner that was most convenient or least expensive.   In the past 4-5 years however, the only place I?ve gone to have my shirts and suits cleaned and
repaired has been PNC.  The owners Mahesh and Mamta do great work, are professional and friendly.
It?s also nice that they know all their regular customers by name. When I go in to drop of my laundry, there is no need for me to wait around while they complete paperwork.  I just drop off my bag and with a friendly hello the only need to let me know when it will be finished. 
PNC?s prices are about average. They are not the cheapest place in town, but they are not expensive either.  Considering the excellent service and the quality of their work, they are a bargain compared to most places.
Also, they are honest.  I admit that I am very forgetful and have a habit of leaving things in my pockets. More than once I?ve stopped by to pick up my laundry, only to find a little envelope attached with at $20 bill or other valuable enclosed.
In five years the only issue I had was a pair of lost trousers.  This occurred during one of the rare times when the owners were out of town and had someone filling in for them. They were quick to admit the error and reimbursed me the full cost to
replace them.

My son had a patch sewn on his uniform by a alterations business and they sewed it on crooked.  He knew it would not be acceptable.  He asked me to recommend another place.  I found PNC on Angieslist and brought the uniform to them.  They noticed the patch being wrong immediately and sewed it on correctly and ironed the uniform. 

My husband and I are extremely particular about our dry cleaning. PNC does an amazing job each time. We have been using them for 5 years now and have never had an issue. They have also done a great job with any sewing needs we have had. It is a husband and wife and they know us by name now, which is so nice. We trust their work and highly recommend their services.

We brought the coats in after getting an estimate, ( just asked a guestimate during regular drop off.) In addition to the basic price we paid for extra length on the long coat, the lining which was done separately and a small alteration fee. Even with those additions it was a bargain to see coats that looked tired and dirty come back better than new. Better than new because in addition to being clean and well conditioned leather, they weren't all stiff, they are now soft, fitted and just plain ole comfy. Each Item was well cared for; including the belts (put back in place), the lining for the long coat cleaned and hung separately, so the hardest part was rehanging them at home - having to remove all the plastic.

Always a nice job. Friendly folks, very pleasant, they always remember me by name. The shirts look great, and they replace buttons when they find them missing.

Husband and wife owned, and it shows. They take pride in their work. They are always able to get my clothes dry cleaned within a day if I need it. Know me and my husband by name. Very friendly and knowledgeable about stain removal.

HUSBAND AND WIFE OWNERS, EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, VERY VALUE ORIENTED DRY CLEANERS. YOU PAY FIRST SO IT ENDS UP BEING LESS EXPENSIVE IN THE LONG RUN. THEY HAVE GREAT HOURS MON-FRI 7:00-7:00 AND SAT 9:00-5:00. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING TO MY SCHEDULE.
