We ordered a shower base from them and when the job was done and the contractors where cleaning up. The noticed a crack in the base close to the edge. The crack looked like a long strand of hair. We contacted bath works to see what they would do and the sales lady said she could order me a new one in and maybe give us a discount. The second option was to fill it with some caulking. When I went in to talk to the manager he said he would look into it. Well it's been about two months and no word yet I guess that's there way of saying we got your money no leave. Will not go back!

I WAS SHOPPING FOR BATHROOM FIXTURES AND WAS REFERRED TO BATHWORKS BY OUR PLUMBER. AS I ENTERED AN ALMOST EMPTY SHOWROOM, NO ONE GREETED ME OR ATTEMPTED TO PROVIDE HELP. I WANDERED AROUND THE SHOWROOM AND WAS READY TO LEAVE WHEN BARBARA TURNER, SITTING AT HER DESK, ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. I ASKED FOR THE FIXTURES I NEEDED AND WITHOUT ATTEMPTING TO SHOW ME AROUND, I WAS POINTED IN TWO DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS. AFTER MORE WANDERING, AND READY TO LEAVE FOR THE SECOND TIME, BARBARA ASKED IN PARTICULAR WHAT I WANTED AND LOOKED UP AN ITEM THAT MET MY CRITERIA FOR A MEDICINE CABINET. SHE DID WRITE DOWN THE ITEM NUMBER, DIMENSIONS, AND PRICE ON THE BACK OF HER BUSINESS CARD TELLING ME IT WOULD TAKE THREE WEEKS TO ORDER. I CALLED FERGUSON, WITH WHOM I'D ORDERED THE BULK OF MY FIXTURES, BOTH THE PRICE AND DELIVERY TIME WERE LESS. IF YOU DON'T WANT ANYONE TO HELP YOU SHOP, VISIT THE ABOVE SHOWROOM. MY EXPERIENCE WAS DISMAL AT BEST.
