Working with Pete was seamless. Previously I had two very bad experiences with a CAD designer and a certified architect. From day one of contacting Pete I knew we finally had the right person. He listened, understood the concept, the ideas, the difficulty and ran with it. He was very easy to work with, timely, understanding. I handed him a rather daunting puzzle and he came back with a solution that I couldn't have imagined and now I can't imagine anything else. I genuinely can't say enough nice things about working through this process with him.

Pete has been GREAT to work with, and the value has been outstanding. We interviewed 3 different Architects, and Pete was definitely the right choice for us. Key strengths I've noted in our experience:
+ATTITUDE: Pete keeps things upbeat and is very positive throughout the design process. He keeps and open mind, but will also share openly what he thinks in a constructive way. Building a home can be stressful enough - Pete does a good job of listening and responding, while still keeping it fun.
+ABILITY: Pete's abilities are first rate. He's very artistically minded and quickly grasps on to what you are trying to make come through in your future home. We've been extremely happy thus far with all the drawings he's produced for us, and clearly he has the practical know-how and experience to ensure the project works in the real world.
The overall experience has been great and the key to our project. We simply could never have achieved our design without an Architect like Pete. I would strongly recommend him to anyone considering a full home build or remodel.
We do think that anyone considering such a task would be best advised to interview several architects - it is important to find a compatible match in terms of personality, professionalism, and background - everyone is different, and the design process involves a lot of constructive dialog and evolution - so choose some one who you can communicate with instinctively!

I think he has a great eye for detail, and is extremely good at rendering what you need onto paper. Pete can really bring a concept alive through his drawings. He is very creative, and I enjoy working with him greatly.

He does a great job. He did drywall. He also put in rough shelves for storage. He also added plumbing and some electrical outlets. He is prompt and does quality work. He lines up stuff that he doesn't do. For instance, the drywall he gets somebody who does that and he works with them.
