We were a 10 year loyal customer and loved Pet Butler. Our dogs loved them too...However, we moved a mile and half from our old address and changed zip codes and now Pet Butler won’t service our home. It’s a shame to be a loyal customer for so long and are turned away because of where we live...You say you service Central Ohio, and we still live in Central Ohio...

When I did use them they were so good. The price was reasonable. They made a date they were going to come every week, and came on that date every week. You can count on them. They clean up the yard very well. They come on the day that they have chosen to do the work, and their responsiveness, when you call? the office for anything they're very professional and friendly. When they come to do their work they're friendly. The worker was very, very nice.

It has been great! I have 3 dogs one of which is a Newfoundland and it is really difficult to keep up with it. Winter was especially bad since you can't really get out there and clean. Since Pet Butler has been serving our yard there are no more huge land mines. Great customer service when you phone in also. Very pleasant and helpful!

As you know, we clean different neighborhoods on different days of the week, grouping customers together to reduce travel time and keep our prices low. We do offer twice each week service in most areas as well as an alternate day with an additional charge to cover our additional cost. I understand that neither of those alternatives met your requirements. I'm sorry we were unable to give you the service day you wanted."

Walt is a wonderful, professional employee. He made sure to call ahead and is always punctual. Only reason for not using their service any longer was the cost was outside my budget. Pet Butler is a great company.

I can't say enough nice things about Pet Butler. I know of the owner through various rescue events/groups in the city and think it's amazing how much he supports our local rescue groups. We even got a discount when we hosted various fosters over the years. The gentlemen that comes to our house is very sweet to our dogs and can tell he cares. We get holiday cards from the team as well as a very sweet note when we lost one of our babies. They notify us with service delays due to weather and adjust our bill accordingly. The service delays have been in winter when we are not outside anyway. We love the freedom to not have to worry about cleaning dog poop around our plans outside or our garbage schedule (hate the idea of bags of poop sitting outside for days). Great service. Great company. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with pet Butler's service. They always show up and do a great job picking up after the dogs. The employees are extremely friendly and you can tell they love dogs. If I happen to be outside when they come to scoop they always tell me if I'm not happy or if they miss anything to call them and they'll come back.

It was quick and easy. They wrte here about 15 minutes and cleaned every bit of doo.

After a long, cold winter, some of the yards we see are quite a mess and some take a good, long time. I'd like to make that up to you. Weekly cleaning for your two dogs is only $58.50 for the entire month. The additional charge came from accumulated waste. If you'll try us for weekly cleanings at the same address and resume service before June 1, 2013, your first month will be only $49. The company came to my property and cleaned up most of the waste during this weeks service. When I went out to inspect the property before allowing my dogs outside, I noticed that there were areas in the lawn that were missed over. This was the same man that services my property last week. I called the company and explained my issue and they sent out a manager to come inspect the property and clean up any waste left behind and speak with the employee about the services rendered. We will be continuing our services with them because of their prompt response, as well as, their professionalism!

The company came to my property and cleaned up ALL the waste that was on the property. Thanks to them, we now have a worry free lawn and clean lawn! We love this company and are using them for weekly services!
