Steve always cuts our lawn very carefully and trims the edges of our fencing. He does a great job. He was recommended by our next door neighbor and then we discovered he does lots of people's lawns on our street.

They charged me $100 very specifically for leaf removal. I use them for mowing in the summer. They have a fair price and they don't mow until it's needed unlike a lot of other places that come out and mow whether it is needed or not. They show up when they are supposed to. They are reliable. They don't provide any other services. They just mow, plant grass seed, and of course remove leaves. It would be nice if they provided other lawn-related services. They do the weed-whacking around the mailbox and they actually whacked away my mailbox. I had to get a brand new mailbox because of years of it being whacked away. That is not something I am happy with and it was careless of them. However, their price is good. They are always responsive when I call.

He was recommended by Angie's List and I have no complaints.

I contacted Mr. Perry and stated that I was an Angie's list member and could not do my yard work due to health probs. I chose the company because it was close to my home and had a list discount. Steve seemed happy to get a referal from the list. He said it should be no problem to do my yard and quoted me a price that was good so I said yes. They came one evening and had the yard done in about 15minutes and left before I had a chance to pay. They also left a large rake behind. That evening I called to tell Steve about the rake and clarify the arrangements. He returned my call and we discussed my concerns. I thought we were done with business and made several attempts to get off the phone. I stated that I was not a phone person and usually screen my calls. Steve did not seem to care or notice. He continued to to talk and even said he was using me to unwind. He said several things that made me uncomfortable. Steve repeatedly stated that he was doing the work as a favor to me( I never asked for a favor). He told me he was not wearing a shirt when he was at my house??? Then he proceeded to discuss his dating habits and divorce issues. None of this information was pertinent to the work I needed......When I finally got off the phone I made up my mind that I would not put myself in this position again. So I thought I would see how the work went and just keep communications on the answering machine level. It seemed to be going OK for awhile...then one week Steve called on a Tues and said something to the effect that the grass wasn't growing....This led me to believe that he probably did not plan to mow however my yard is very weedy and weeds grow fast. I waited til Thurs and decided I had better leave a message about the need to mow and make sure he had received my check because all my other checks had cleared the bank. Steve returned my call Thurs evening and cursed into my answering machine "G--dammit Greta! Pick up the phone!" I was shocked and had no desire to pick up the phone. He said they would do the yard Friday and he just hadn't checked his PO box. They did do the yard. I was so disturbed by the absolute disrespect Steve showed on the return call and in the previous phone conversation that I called Mon and stated "I was already uncomfortable but cursing on my machine was the last straw. Bill me for the work completed. We are done. There is nothing to talk about." I have dealt with many service providers from Angie'slist and never experienced anything like this. Every night since I left the message my phone keeps ringing late at night and hanging up when the machine comes on. Mr. Perry obviously has issues with women and I want others to BE WARNED!! No one should ever be expected to tolerate this kind of behavior. There are plenty of excellent providers who are professional and respectful.

They do a fantastic job! They are friendly, thorough, reliable and timely, as well as, being a great value! I couldn't be happier with the service they provide and would recommend them to anyone!

He came by the first part of the week to let me know that they would be out to get rid of the leaves. He has done trimming of hedges and bushes for me before too. They have reasonable pricing. I will continue to use them in the future.

Perry's did a good job. I thought the price was a bit high.

I needed help within one week. Perry sent the work crew over immediately. They were on time, very polite, and reasonably priced. They solved a major crisis when sour, acidic mulch burned up plants. They were very conscientious and concerned and went the extra mile to help.

I AM PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY ALWAYS CAME WHEN NEEDED AND DID NOT DO UNNECESSARY MOWS. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR. THEY WILL ALSO DO MY FALL CLEAN UP FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. OWNER IS FRIENDLY AND WANTS TO MAKE CUSTOMER HAPPY.

WORK WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY, THEY'RE GOOD ABOUT MOVING STUFF OUT OF THE WAY WHEN WE FORGET!

WHEN I ORIGINALLY CALLED THEM IN THE SPRING, THEY GOT BACK TO ME WITH AN ESTIMATE WITHIN A FEW DAYS, AND THEY HAD THE LOWEST PRICE QUOTED FOR MY YARD. THEY STARTED MOWING THE SAME WEEK I CALLED BACK TO SAY I WANTED TO GO WITH THEIR SERVICE. MY ONE CONCERN WITH RESPONSIVENESS, WAS THAT WHEN I CALLED IN MID-SUMMER TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON EXTRA WORK, I GOT A CALL BACK FROM A THIRD PARTY AND NEVER DID GET A QUOTE. I DIDN'T FOLLOW UP BECAUSE I EVENTUALLY DID THE WORK MYSELF. THE QUALITY IS GOOD, WITH NEAT EDGING ALL THE WAY AROUND THE YARD AND GOOD CLEANUP, BUT I FELT THEY CUT THE GRASS TOO SHORT DURING THE HOTTEST MONTHS WHEN GRASS SHOULD BE KEPT LONGER. OVERALL, I'M HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND I'LL PROBABLY HIRE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

IT IS $22 EVERY WEEK. THEY ARE WONDERFUL, AND I HAVE USED THEM MANY, MANY TIMES.

STEVE PERRY WAS A VERY NICE GUY, AND REASONABLY PRICED.

I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK TO DATE. STEVE (THE OWNER) IS FRIENDLY AND CONSCIENTIOUS. HIS PRICES ARE LOWER THAN MY PREVIOUS LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF 18 YEARS.

THEY DID VERY VERY GOOD WORK. I WASN'T SURE ABOUT THE PRICE I DIDN'T COMPARE IT.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY GOOD. MR. PERRY AND/OR HIS PEOPLE SHOWED UP PROMPTLY DURING JANUARY'S HEAVY SNOWS, OFTEN APPEARING HOURS BEFORE I EVER DREAMED THEY'D GET TO ME. WITH THE AMOUNT OF SNOW THIS WINTER, AND THIS BEING MY FIRST TIME IN A HOUSE (I OWNED CONDOS IN THE PAST), THE PROMPTNESS AND QUALITY OF THE WORK IS ESPECIALLY WELCOME. MR. PERRY RETURNS PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY, AND DOES A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING THE WORK IN A DOWN-TO-EARTH MANNER. I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO WHAT I HOPE IS A SIMILAR APPROACH TO MY LAWN CARE DURING THE SPRING AND SUMMER MONTHS.

THEY CLEANED UP MY YARD IN NOVEMBER AND REMOVED IN MY DRIVEWAY IN DECEMBER.

GOOD WORK, OVERALL PLEASED.

THEY GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE, THEY CLEANED OUR GUTTERS THAT WERE VERY BAD. THEY DID A SMALL REPAIR ON THE GUTTER ALSO. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND NICE. THEY MADE RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW I MIGHT IMPROVE MY LANDSCAPING.
