I did not reschedule with this company.

Well they didn't do the job that I asked them to do at first, but when I called back they came and did a satisfactory job and filled the hole. They were a prompt company and I appreciated them coming out to take care of the problem.

They were to show up last Wednesday and they never did. I have not heard one word from them.

Very well done. Darrell Uemura handled the contract in a timely and professional manner (and remained in touch throughout the 3 day process to make sure I was satisfied with the work accomplished).

This company has sealed my asphalt driveway for the last two years. They have done a wonderful job and I am totally pleased with the work performed. The recent driveway seal was also admired by a few of my neighbors, who have since asked for this companies contact information. Thanks for listening.

WORK WAS COMPLETED. THE CREW WAS VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. NO SPLASHING OF TAR. THE FINISHED PRODUCT TURNED OUT PERFECTLY DONE.

RECEIVED ESTIMATE ON 4/22. ACCEPTED ON 5/18. DIDN'T HEAR FROM ANYONE FROM COMPANY TO SCHEDULE UNTIL I CALLED THEM 5/26. WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BE OUT 6/1. NO ONE SHOWED UP WITH NO PHONE CALL TO EXPLAIN. CALLED COMPANY WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL TO SCHEDULE. TWO DAYS LATER CALLED BACK AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO OWNER. TALKED TO OWNER, VERY NICE, AND WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT 6/6 (DELAY DUE TO WEATHER AND EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS ON ANOTHER JOB). NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN WITH NO PHONE CALL. CALLED OFFICE AND WAS TOLD SORRY, BUT THERE ISN'T ANYTHING ANYONE CAN DO. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH OWNER AGAIN. WAS TOLD THAT NO ONE SHOWED BECAUSE THEY KNOCKED OFF EARLY DUE TO HEAT. ASKED WHY NO ONE CALLED AGAIN AND DIDN'T GET ANSWER. WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE OUT 6/7. THEY CAME TO TEAR OUT DRIVEWAY 6/7 AND PAVED 6/8. NICE PEOPLE, BUT VERY UNCOURTEOUS ABOUT SCHEDULING AND SHOWING UP. SHOWED NO CONCERN FOR MY SCHEDULE OR TIMING OF DOING THE JOB.

THE CREW SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. DID THE WORK AS PROMISED. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL, BRAND NEW, PERFECTLY DONE DRIVEWAY, ALL IN ONE DAY.

THE LARGE CREW USED QUALITY MATERIAL AND DIDN'T LEAVE DEBRIS. VERY PROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH.
