The driveway took a week to pour. They made sure each section was properly completed before pouring the next. They did not pour if they thought it would rain. There is a parking pad and they rounded the corners between the pad the the driveway makes i easier to turn into the pad. Sloped the driveway properly so the rain water runs off. Our driveway looks great!

He was very personable. He was always willing to help. He did it right. There was nothing shabby about his work at all. He did beautiful work. I would highly recommend him.

At first everything looked good. The we had a rain and suddenly water came pouring into the wall of our house at the site of the concrete construction. Jim Passero immediately blamed the basement waterproofing system. The waterproofing company came back and did additional work at their cost to help alleviate the problem. It wasn't the basement waterproofing problem. Repeated calls went unanswered to Passero concrete. After we looked into a lawsuit, did we finally get Passero out to make a channel on the side of the driveway to divert some water. We still have a section of concrete where water puddles. I could never recommend this contractor in good faith to anyone.

Excellent work. The crew arrived on schedule, completed the demolition the first day and poured and finished the next day. Came back 2 days later to remove forms and clean up. The only (slightly) negative is that Jim is sometimes hard to contact. He's a hands-on owner who is present (and does some finish work) at each job site.

The project was top notch! Started and finished as promised. Did an excellent job of clean-up. Came highly recommended by personal friend, as well as by Angie's List. Was pleased with all aspects of dealing with Mr. Passero.

Jim and his crew were very professional and accommodating to changes that we added. During excavation of the drive, we discovered that the sump drain line was in the way. Jim dug a new trench and the pipe was rerouted in a very short time, this was over and above his contracted work. In spite of the record heat and humidity, everyone worked very well together in addition to answering so many of my questions. Personally I think concrete is over priced however it is what it is and Passero Concrete was priced in the middle range of the 8 other estimates we received from Angie's List contractors with the quality of his work better than we had seen from the others.

They were timely, efficient and cost effective. I called for an estimate and Jim came out the following week. He called later the same day with an estimate which was significantly lower than the other I received (the third contractor I called didn't even bother to show up and he is also on this list). The project took 3 days...and they were here three CONSECUTIVE days which was wonderful. The work looks great! And more importantly, Jim and his crew treated me, my kids and even my dog so nicely. I would recommend them to anyone.

A real good experience. They started on time and managed to complete the same week even with a couple of rain days. The final result is excellent and people comment on how nice it looks.

The work is supervised by the owner throughout the job and is done by his employees only; no subs. Jim is excellent to work with and offered several good suggestions on some of the detailing including adding some integral color to the concrete to match the stone front on my house and a nice swirl pattern to dress up the porch and give better footing. His crew is quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. They tore it out and formed it in one day. And then poured it the next day. Thorough cleanup and restoration of the flagstones along the garden beds that had to be removed to tear out the patio just as before. Excellent, conscientious, and professional. I am a construction project manager in my work and would highly recommend them for the quality of work for the price. Hard to contact sometimes as Jim works with his crew, but well worth any wait.

WE GOT 3 BIDS. THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY HAD AN OPENING AND WANTED TO KNOW IF WE WANTED THEM TO DO THE JOB. WE AGREED TO HAVE THEM DO IT. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THEY REPLACED 3 SECTIONS OF SIDEWALK ALSO. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR TRUCK IN AN AREA WE ASKED THEM TO.

TAKES AWHILE FOR JIM TO RESPOND TO THE INITIAL PHONE CALL, BE PERSISTENT BECAUSE HIS WORK IS WELL WORTH THE WAIT. BESIDES BEING KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CONCRETE, HIS ENTHUSIASM AND ENERGY ARE CONTAGIOUS. HE, AND HIS CREW, WERE COURTEOUS, ACCOMMODATING AND EVEN FUNNY AT TIMES. WHEN I WAS UNCERTAIN ABOUT WHAT I WANTED, JIM PATIENTLY PROVIDED THE CREATIVE VISION. AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, I WAS UPSET ABOUT A SITUATION OUTSIDE OF HIS CONTROL. HOWEVER, HE FOLLOWED UP PROMPTLY THE NEXT MORNING TO DISCUSS THE SITUATION AND SHOW HIS CONCERN. I THINK PASSERO CONCRETE SHOULD MOVE TO THE TOP OF THE ''LIST.'' JIM GOES THE EXTRA MILE OR MILES TO BE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY.
