Cabinet Making
The selection and order process was pretty easy. The cabinets were delivered on time, and the quality is excellent. We received a good price because of a purchasing deal through my husband's company.

Cabinet Making
We met with Lori Shedlock several times and visited their showroom. She was very easy to work with and would draw up plans showing what our kitchen would look like with the lay-out that was planned and the cabinets we chose. Their showroom has displays that helped quite a bit. We also worked with her via e-mail. It was a very nice experience.

Cabinet Making
THEIR PRICES ARE VERY HIGH, BUT I WAS STUCK TRYING TO MATCH CABINETS I ALREADY HAD. CROWN MOLDING CAME IN DAMAGED, PARTIALLY UNSTAINED, AND ONE PIECE WAS THE WRONG COLOR - THEY DIDN''T WANT TO STAND BEHIND IT BECAUSE I''D HAD IT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS - TRUE, MY CONTRACTOR TOOK 6 MONTHS TO FINISH MY KITCHEN BUT THAT DIDN''T CHANGE THE FACT THAT IT WAS DEFECTIVE MOLDING; I HAD TO DEMAND REPLACEMENT AND WAITED 4 WEEKS (AFTER THEY CONTACTED THE MFG. REP.) TO GET REPLACEMENTS.
