The process went well. We had an issue with our two 16-year-old hot water tanks. Tim responded to our call very quickly. He provided a convincing explanation why replacing the tanks rather than repairing them was a better option in our particular case. Once we decided to replace our old tanks, he installed a new one within a few days. He was efficient, he was professional, he wore a mask, and he covered the floors in pads to protect them as he moved the old tanks out and the new tank in. And his price was significantly less than the one other quote we received. I'd highly recommend Tim and Only Water Heaters.
