About us
I have been a ASHI Certified Inspector since 1999. I also passed the require testing to become a licensed Wood Destroying Insect Inspector by the State of Ohio (ODA) in 1999. I have peformed over 7000 home and pest inspections. Since becoming a full member of ASHI I have attended all required training and have maintained yearly continuing education credits required by ASHI. I'm a professional with technical, construction & building trades experience. My past experience includes 25 years in Roofing and General Construction.
