One Call Construction is by far the best contracting firm I have ever dealt with. Owner Matt Smith is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home building and repair. One Call began work within a few days of giving me an estimate and finished the job on time and on budget. Smith and his crews were prompt, courteous and presentable. He checked in with me on a daily basis to tell me about progress until the job was finished. His recommendations solved a number of home maintenance issues within my budget yet without cutting any corners. The quality of the work is top-notch.

You couldn't ask for better customer service. One Call gave me an estimate and then performed the work later that week. Every thing was done to my satisfaction, including clean-up. Owner Matt Smith kept in contact before, during and after the work was completed.

I was thrilled with One Call Construction throughout the process. Owner Matt Smith came out for an estimate the day after I called. He faxed the estimate that evening. His was the lowest of six estimates I received, but I believe the quality of the finished job is comparable to the other bids. He has several year's experience in custom home-building, and it shows! The walls are absolutely straight and flat and nicely finished, as are the trim and moldings. Matt is very knowledgeable about the building process and helped me to negotiate with my insurance company to cover some items the adjustor omitted. Also, he and his crews are courteous and presentable. He communicated with me on a daily basis about project status. When everything was done, they cleaned up the rooms completely.

Wonderful. Matt Smith, the owner, has been punctual and professional throughout the process. He really knows buildings. He consulted with an engineer, to make sure the I-beams were the best solution for my basement. He has also made several suggestions to save me money.
