I have had a great experience every time I go to this shop. Matt, the person who runs the shop, is a very friendly and professional person. He has explained my car's issues so that I clearly understood what needed done. I am a college student who is tight on money so it was great to have him explain what repairs were a priority, and what repairs could wait for a little bit. The waiting room is very inviting with a sink, coffee, water, books, candy, T.V., toys for kids, and some nice paintings to look that Matt painted himself! I highly recommend going there if you want a great price and honest evaluation on work to your car.

Don't bother making an appointment. It might not be kept. That is what happened to me.
I was in the shop the previous Saturday for an ac diagnosis. Was told a timing belt replacement was a more urgent priority. While there, I scheduled an appointment to replace the belt for the following Saturday.
When I arrived, Matt did not remember that I had an appointment and what it was for. Then he said that it couldn't be done until 2 weeks later! I was never notified that the appointment could not be kept. I had drove there for nothing. Now I have to find another mechanic to fix this as soon as possible.
After I left, he took another customer that called that morning. This mechanic has demonstrated a lack of credibility and professionalism.

Back yard mechanic! He said he could fix the coolant problem for Another $500. We said no, we were probably just going to trade the car and just fix the misfiring problem. When my husband picked up the car, he went on and on how these "back yard" mechanics messed up my coolant and radiator. My husband said, we just wanted you to fix the misfiring problem. He said it was fixed. I get into my car the next day, now it doesn't start!!! And I could barely get up to 50 on the freeway because it was still misfiring. I called him and he said he did his job for what we wanted and$379.00 later, the car ran worse than ever. I would not recommend Mike, the owner at One Call Auto Service on Busch Blvd in Columbus,Ohio to anyone! He is a rip off. 2 days later, I traded in the car. He was rude and condescending to us as if we were stupid to have our brother in law,who is a mechanic and nice guy, fix our car! Don't trust him! I think he purposeful messed it up, so we could pay him more to fix it!

He did the job saving $200 to $380 (other companies estimates). The struts and sway bar links were replaced properly and function as designed. Tire balancing helped.

My car was making a loud noise. I looked for an auto repair service company on Angie'slist and called here. Matt the owner told me to bring my car over right away and he would look at it. He drove my car around his parking lot to listen for the noise, and immediately diagnosed the cause. He then inspected my car and found that 3 of the 4 of my wheels were loose from a recent brake replacement service I had at another auto repair company. He said it was very dangerous that I was driving my car in that condition. Matt said my wheel could have fallen off in the next day while I was driving. He did not charge me and would not take any money from me. He was very helpful, honest, and caring. I am grateful that he found the problem so easily and repaired it so my car was safe to drive. I will take my cars to One Call Auto Mechanic from now on

I have used One Call Auto Mechanic for a while noe. You will not find a more honest mechanic. The owner Matt truly cares about his customers. I have recommended him to many of my friends. I have referred my employees and even my boss to Matt. He will honestly evaluate your vehicle and give you a fair price to repair only what needs repaired. He will inspect vehicles for you before you purchase them. Having Matt inspect vehicles before I purchase really helps me buy with confidence. I would never even consider going to another Auto Mechanic.

This is the second time that I have used this person and I am so impressed! He comes to the car, you don't have to take it in. Both times he was able to accommodate my schedule and came out promptly. I think the price is incredible because it would have cost me as much just to have the car towed as it did to have it fixed!
