Terrible company. Charged me $1400 for a repair that was not done. Told me they would be back and never showed. Blew me off and gave me the run around for months. When I tried to get my money back they told me to pound sand. The owner would not even talk to me. Save your money and call a company that knows what they are doing. Unless you don’t mind paying someone to come out and practice.

Came out on a Saturday very quickly and fixed our AC unit promptly and efficiently.

The price is for that purchase and installation.

There was no charge. Their quality is very good. There were two people that came out to complete the work. They did the job as promised, on time.

Dave Scott met with me to examine the existing HVAC equipment and to give me a written proposal to replace one of our HVAC systems. He was very nice friendly and knowledgeable. I also met with and requested proposals from three other contractors. After reviewing all the proposals, I decided to go with Ohio Heating. After contacting Dave, we scheduled a date for the installation. On the day scheduled for the work, Dave and his crew arrived promptly. Dave reviewed all the work which was to be done with Kevin and John and left them to handle the installation. They were very careful and considerate of my home and completed the work in one and a half days. I was very pleased with the work they did.

Dave Scott, their sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable. More important, when he didn't know some answers to questions I had about contradictory information on the Bryant website, he very quickly involved their company rep and got solid responses. Price was competitive. Their installation team was prompt and professional. They worked with me on every step to make sure the work was done the way I wanted it. Everybody I have dealt with was very personable. Great outfit to deal with. There was an air leak in the cabinet on the furnace which they immediately came and repaired, again making sure I was satisfied - and this was a manufacturing issue, not an installation problem. The ONLY negative was probably as much my fault for not actually taking the dimensions of the new unit and looking at how it fit in the space. There was significant talk about the installation of the air filter due to the limited space left after a poorly planned remodeling of the basement with both salesperson and installers. Though smaller than the unit it replaced, the new furnace is deeper which left much less space to pass through a limited area; I would have hoped they might have seen this coming so we could have adjusted something.

Approximately one hour of work; a year later, no problems of similar typ.

They were on-time and very professional. They made the repair in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They do a lot of work for the Waterford Tower and can handle large jobs and small jobs.

I called them and they came out the same day. It all went smoothly.
