That was quite well. I wasn't directly involved but I got reports that things were quite good. All I would say is, very responsive and very professional. Very courteous.

Chad Ogden and crew are always a pleasure to work with. This is the second time they worked on our home and the quality of work, punctuality and professionalism are always top notch. I obtained competitive quotes in order to be able to compare and he was in line with other providers.

Charles Ogden has completed my back yard patio in stamped concrete. Scheduling him wasn't easy - he has a huge client book, but once they came out, it was fantastic and smooth. Quality work, looks wonderful. Done fast, workers are professional. Charles himself is very friendly and approachable, yet professional. Highly recommended.

Chad was very punctual about coming over and giving us an estimate for our patio. We had gotten several other estimates and Chad beat all of them by quite a bit. It was roughly 450 square feet initially, but didn't have the actual plan drawn up when Chad gave us the estimate. He was cool with that. Once we had the plan we wanted, we just let Chad know and the price didn't change. They showed up on the morning of day one and left with pretty much the layout of the patio. The workers were really friendly and answered some questions that I had. If it wasn't for the rain, the whole patio would have been done in about 3 or 4 days, including sealing it. The whole experience was wonderful and Chad kept us updated on everything. I would recommend Ogden Concrete over and over again to anyone who is looking to have concrete work done. The patio is amazing and we can finally enjoy our backyard. Thanks Chad.

I heard about them from a neighbor and emailed their website for my own estimate. Charles Ogden called me from my online inquiry the week of 4/13/10. He never bothered to schedule a visit. He asked what I wanted and I told he a concrete patio(10x10 or 12x12) either with or w/o patio paver I would supply to add to the size. I verbally gave him my yard detail/restaints since he said he was to busy until the following week. I volunteered to send him a drawing of my property to get the proces going quicker. I went and measured and did a drawing of my property and emailed him 4/13/10. He said he would give me a reasonable price because I told him I wanted something smaller than my neighbor $1500 job. So according to Mr. Ogden, he did not even bother to open my email to him with the drawing or remember details from our initial conversation. I did however received an emailed estimate/confirmation for the job for $3600 site unseen by him. I was shocked and disappointed and called him to ask what was up. He said ignore the way it was written and the total. The actual quotes were one for $2000 (300sq.ft.) with MY pavers mixed in and the 2nd was $1600 with out them. Now I wasn't sure how reasonable that price was, but Mr. Ogden was very flipant with my reaction to HIS estimate document that according to him - was incorrect as to what he was telling me on the phone. To me it read as a bad contract for a job he really didn't care to come by and even look at. He told me that it seemed as though I was upset and mad but he would open my drawing email and look at it. I said I was shocked by his lack of customer service. I received an email from him on 4/21/10 stating that after he thought about our conversation that it was best I look for another contractor. I emailed him back that I agreed. I work hard for my money and would appreciate a contractor who cares about their customers and they conduct their business professionally.

I was walking the dogs where Chad and his folks were building a driveway and sidewalk for a couple of houses down the street. Their quality of work look wonderful and I was able to briefly speak to Chad and get his business card. Concrete Designers of Columbus did $10,000 worth of concrete work for me in Nov of 2005 and a circular crack appeared around my chimney in a little over a year. Repeated calls to them resulted in no response and they finally came out and put a dark grey caulking material on the crack - which only made it look worse. Chad provided an estimate to repair/replace the cracked sections ($700-800) and suggested that since the crack had not widened in a couple of years, I might just want to put a silicone caulking on the crack after removing the unsightly material the other company put on it. He agreed to do it for me at for a nominal fee and plans to come out when he works on another job in my neighborhood next month. If the crack should ever become a structural concern, I plan to call Chad. I appreciated his honesty and the respect he gave me.
