 + -1 moreMy wife ordered flowers from Oberers after seeing several very nice arrangements her manager had ordered for some of her coworkers for special occasions. Since then, she's ordered a couple of arrangements for different occasions and each has been very beautiful. She received very good compliments on them and the recipients were very impressed with the quality.
Description of Work: My wife ordered flowers for a special occasion for a friend and wanted to be sure the flowers were very fresh and nicely arranged.

Description of Work: This was the first time I ordered from this florist and I wanted to make sure that I would not be disappointed with the arrangement. We selected a beautiful rose display that included a grape vine and a ceramic angel. I called and talked with a very helpful person and she assured me that it was a very lovely arrangement and we should be very pleased. I asked is someone could take a photo of the completed piece and text it to me. Later that afternoon, I got the picture and the arrangement was magnificent! |I would highly recommend Oberer's and intend to use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreThis was my first time using Oberers Flowers. The first bouquet was less than satisfactory. I called Oberers the next day (2/15) to discuss my concerns with the original bouquet. I was immediately advised that this would be and quot;made rightand quot;. A new order was taken and a beautiful replacement bouquet was delivered that same day. I did not have to wait for a call back or for the employee to speak to someone else. Getting an order right the first time is no big deal. FIXING a problem and making it right is what great customer service is all about. Oberers corrected a mistake quickly and without making excuses. They just fixed it. I am extremely pleased and will defiantly use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I ordered a bouquet of Gerber Daisy's for Valentines Day.

Description of Work: Once again, Oberer's Flowers delivered over and beyond what was expected. I ordered flowers on 12/30/2011 in the evening and they were delivered the next day before 2pm New Year's Eve! Amazing and the flowers are beautiful! Thanks again!

 + -1 moreEverytime I have ordered flowers from Oberer's, they always arrive on time and the arrangements are always quality!
Description of Work: Ordered a Christmas centerpiece yesterday around noon and it was delivered a few hours later. I have used this florist on numerous occasions and I have always been pleased. I usually order via the Internet and always get an email when something is delivered, also you can call and place the order.
